Kelsey Banks moves in with the Stone family upon the death of her parents in a fatal car accident. The father, Nate Stone, is a pastor at the church Kelsey periodically attends. Though Kelsey knew her friends in the family were far from perfect, she didn't expect that they were as big of a mess as they were. So, Kelsey decides to take it into her own hands to discipline the family. It starts with the ones her age, but eventually she takes control of the whole house and spanks anyone who gets out of line.
