Chapter 1

Giyuu's POV:

I jolted awake 'Its the same nightmare as always' I thought to myself. Ever since my sister Tsutako and Best friends Sabito died I always have the same nightmare. It always starts with their deaths and end up with them showing up and downgrading me 'Its your fault.You could have saved us.We died because of you.Your weak.I wish I never saved you.You should have died not us.'I know I should have died. You guys had a bright future better than mine. Nee-san would have been married and had a happy family by now. And Sabito would have been hashira way before I made it to the ranks and would have gotten along better with all of them unlike me.
I walked silently to the bathroom my cheeks still stained with my tears. I opened up a cabinet and pulled out a small blood stained sliver blade. I brought it close to my skin ' I deserve this pain' One cut ' I should have died' Two cut ' I should just kill myself I'm not worthy of the hashira title' Third cut. I was just about to do a fourth cut when I heard a knock at the door. I quickly pulled down the sleeves of my yukata and went downstairs to answer the door.
I pulled open the door only to be meet by a annoying little bug. "Ara Ara Tomioka-san you know it's bad to ignore your crow right." Huh my crow how am I ignoring my crow.I must of had a confused look on my face because she explained" Your has been trying to get in for the past fifteen minutes Tomioka-san" Oh I wonder why I didn't hear. I just nodded and shut the door.As I looked down at my yukata I saw blood dripping down on to the floor I figured I would clean it up in a minute. Then a thought hit me 'What if Kocho saw it' let's hope she didn't

Shinobu's POV:

I was talking with Aoi and Kanao about some new medicine and demon poison I had made when I heard a crow outside I decided to ignore it and kept on talking. "This new poison will speed up the process of the demon dieing so instead of it taking Twenty minutes it will take ten or five." "Wow master that sounds even more effective then the other poisons we have so far." " It should be" It's been fifteen minutes and I still hear that crow I excuse myself and walked outside to see where it is coming from. 'Of course it's the loners house' I put on the best fake smile I could muster and walked over to his estate
I knocked and waited for about 5 minutes before he answered the door. " Ara Ara Tomioka-san you know it's bad to ignore you crow right" He looked very confused as if I had just spoke a different language " Your crow has been trying to get inside for the past 15 minutes now Tomioka-san" He just nodded as if to say thank you for letting me know and shut the door. But as he rose his arms to shut the door I could've swore I saw some blood dripping down through his sleeves making a little puddle on the floor.
I started to walked away thinking of what could've happened 'perhaps he got injured on his last mission and just didn't come in to the butterfly mansion. But I can't shake the feeling that it was something else' As I was deep in thought I saw Mitsuri run up to me and yelling my name. I decided to drop the thought for now and deal with it later.

Giyuu's POV:

I went over to the window to let Kenzabaru inside. He flew over onto my shoulder and began to speak, well yell. "Caw Caw hashira meeting at six a.m, no six p.m tonight." "Are you sure tonight" My crow is very old and gets a lot of messages messed up, so I tend to be a bit weary of what he says. "Yes Caw Caw hashira meeting at six tonight" I sighed. The other hashira hate me I tend to distance myself from the other hashira as I believe I am not worthy of standing next to them. I decided to not think about it to much and walked to the kitchen to get Kanzabaru some food before we flew off. After I feed him and let him on his way I went upstairs to get ready. I headed to the bathroom first to bandage up my arms,then headed to my room to put on my demon slayer uniform and my haori. As I was about to leave I walked into the kitchen to get something to eat but I changed my mind at the last second 'I don't deserve to eat this food' I left on a empty stomach and ran towards the meeting area.
