Carter and Farkle had woken up on a rainy Saturday morning. Both her parents had work today, sadly. She had finished brushing her teeth and she walked out the bathroom and into the kitchen. Farkle had just sat down on the couch in the living room.
"Have you ever had a breakfast croissant sandwich?" Carter asked Farkle. He look up and shook his head.
"Well then," she started, "I guess that's what I'm making for breakfast." She said with a smile.
She got the pastry out of the cupboard in the kitchen. "Hey Farkle." She called out to him. He turn around. "Can you get the eggs and bacon out of the fridge please?"
"Sure." He said as he got up from the couch and walked over to the fridge, taking the items out for her.
As he got the stuff, she got out a pan and turned on the hob, heating the pan up.
Farkle sat at the counter top and watched his girlfriend cook breakfast for them. He wondered how he got this amazing person. He knew he loved her, or what he thought love was, he knew he felt that towards her.
She finished cooking the breakfast sandwich and put them on two plates as she got 2 cups, one filled with apple juice and one filled with orange juice.
She watched as his eyes lit up at the breakfast infront of him. Farkle felt her eyes on him. "What?" He said. She smile at him.
"I just want to see your reaction when you take a bite out of it." She said and he chuckled at her.
She watched him take a bite, he then let out a low and short 'Mmm". She sigh in relief that he liked it, even tho she didn't really doubt it.
"This is amazing Carter, why haven't I had this before?" He said with a smile. She just looked at him and chuckled as she ate her food.
When they finished eating, they decided they were going to stay in and watch a movie since it was raining outside.
The decided on watch 'The parent trap'. As they cuddled up on the couch, Carter couldn't stop thinking about there relationship.
She knew she loved him and that he loved her, but why was it taking them so long to say it to each other? She wanted him to know for a fact that she loved him.
Halfway through the movie she stopped watching and she looked up at Farkle, causing him to look down at her.
"What?" He said with a confused chuckle. She just leaned up and gave him a kiss.
"I love you Farkle." Carter finally confessed to him. He looked at her suprised at this information.
"I love you t-" He started to say but Carter cut him off.
"No I mean it Farkle. I love you. I love the way we can stay up all night talking. You are the first person I've had real love for. I love that just the thought of you can brighten my whole day. I love that you are always there for me no matter what. I Love You Farkle." Carter rushed out all her words, she look up at her Farkle whose eyes were wide.
"Carter I love you too." Farkle said. She sighed as she realized she probably said too much.
"I love that you were the first person to not look at me as some weird geek who wants to rule the world. I love that you gave me a chance and stayed with me through everything. You are the first person to show me real love, and I never thought I would be able to express that or let alone have those emotions. I love you Carter Sage Fields, always."
Carters eyes were filling up with tears with each word, but she didn't let one slip out. She leaned up and captured Farkles lips in hers. She then felt all the love and passion that he just talked about, pour out into that kiss.
When they pulled away they both looked at it each other "Wow." They both said. It felt almost as if they just shared there very first kiss.
