The girls emerged from their shopping trip with three beautiful dresses. Rosalie had taught Bella a few tricks for taming the wild beast that was Alice, saying she would need them for them future.

Bella and Edward barely saw each other over the next few days. Bella would spend the nights on guard duty, and the days helping with wedding organisations. The night before the wedding, Bella finally got off work.

She made to leave her room and go to Edward's. She got up and opened the door, only to find Edward waiting outside, with his hand raised to knock.

They laughed simultaneously and Bella greeted him with a chaste kiss before pulling him into the room, pushing him onto the armchair, and curling up on his lap.

"Finally," he sighed. "I have you all to myself." He nuzzled her neck affectionately.

She smiled against his lips. "Let's hope there are no interruptions this time."

"Mm," he sighed again. "Has Alice been pestering you about our re-wedding?"

"Not too much," she laughed. "I've had a different wedding to deal with."

He chuckled softly and lifted her chin up with his index finger and placed a gentle kiss on her lips.

They both sighed in contentment.

"It's been torture not seeing you," he groaned. "Knowing that you're right here," he pulled her closer to him, "when I haven't been able to be with you for so long."

"I feel the same way," she mumbled against his chest. "I would try and get off guard duty, but if I'm leaving with you right after the wedding, I have to fit in a few extra shifts."

He bent down to kiss her cheek, then whispered in her ear. "When you come home with us, nothing will get between us." He moved his lips back to hers.

She grabbed his face in her hands and his arms tightened around her waist as their lips moved against each other passionately. His hands moved down to her hips as their kissing quickened. A human wouldn't have seen more than a blur.

"How do you do things back in Forks?" She panted breathlessly against his lips. "Where you have to be human all the time."

"Well," he breathed in between kisses. "We have to go to school, and-"

"You what?" She asked pulling away from him.

He gave her a disapproving look and she smiled, leaning back in for another kiss.

"Sorry, it just shocked me." She paused for a moment. "Will I go to school with you, too?" She asked, eagerly.

"Bella.." he hesitated. "I don't think that would be the best idea.."

"Oh.. Why not?"

"Think about it, love," he chuckled softly. "We can't have you around humans if you're trying to become a vegetarian. Let alone a school full of them."

"Oh." She looked down, sheepishly.

"Don't be upset," he soothed. "You should be grateful, it's not like we want to go to school." He chuckled

She smiled slightly. "Now that we have all this time to ourselves before the wedding, what should we do?" She laughed.

"Let's escape!" His eyes were suddenly wide with exitment.

"Escape?" She laughed.

He nodded eagerly. "You can show me around Italy."

"Hmm, Italy at night.." she mused.
