The sun was just rising causing a beautiful horizon flaring out to the world.
She slowly removed the blankets and got up from her bed.
Even though last night's events were horrendous she thought to give this beautiful day a chance.
After getting dressed and ready to start the day.
Yara started with the daily morning chores like watering the garden and heating the stove to pop out some freshly buttered toast with an omelet and some berries that were freshly picked from the garden.
She put them together on a platter and carried them to the dining table.
She was happy especially because she wouldn't have to spend time with her father after yesterday.
He is always out in the mornings trying to mess around in the neighborhood.
But that wasn't her duty to stress about.
She finished her breakfast peacefully and cleaned up afterward.
They were not very well off but they weren't in poverty either.
Her father used to be a merchant.
A rich merchant and had lots of business and traveling going on before her mother died.
He had bought this house with the money back then and they were lucky as it was good land.
They had to sell several properties and close down shops to feed themselves after her father decided to become an alcoholic.
They had some money coming from some bought land, but that was all and it wasn't enough.
So she also worked.
Every day she has to go down to the market and self raised fruits and veggies.
She also worked at a physician's shop to do the cleaning.
And she learned a few useful stuff there but was soon fired from there when her father decided to crash inside the shop while she was working and cause expensive damage.
The physician knew that she couldn't have paid back to him in any way so he was kind enough to forgive her debt.
She sometimes worked at a maidens house.
There she used to help the owner sew clothes and make dresses.
She loved doing that work. She loved making dresses and designing them... Though she never designed one herself...
She loved the artwork of embroidery and how threads looped around to create such graceful elegance.
But she also had to leave that place as her father... He stole from that shop and it was blamed on her.
So now she sometimes chores around with stove cleaning, sweeping the roads, and works such as those to earn a few pennies.
She wanted to save up to buy her inventory to make and design dresses.
