- He can slow down time around him, while activated, everyone for him moves at a snail's pace while he's moves normally. He calls this move Time Slow (If that explanation was too confusing, think of it like the quicksilver slow motion)
-He can also speed up time to himself, essentially he is ten times more faster in every senses, he can even run super fast and reach distances he couldn't with time slow. He calls this move Time Break
-He can materialize his time energy into throwing spikes that look like clock hands on the webbings of his fingers and throws them at his opponents(They disappear after 5 minutes)

-Time Break and Time Stop having their own separate energy bar of use, the more he uses the assigned moves the more their energy to use it is drain. Time Break uses and eats up a lot of its own energy
-If both of the energy is completely drained, he can't be able to materialize his throwing clock hands, essentially making him quirkless
-A full recharge of his drained energy takes 24 hours
