It's been quite some times since we got to point of calling this world, superhuman. But hell, even with it being superhuman, the world's flaws haven't really changed.....Now that I think about it, those flaws grew worse with the existence of Meta Abilities. It didn't stop discrimination, bullying, world hunger, homelessness, any sort of crime of the sort . At this point it just amplifies it, but....unfortunately mind you......at the end of the day none of that world problem stuff matters as it's always about the big bad villians and the shiny heroes saving the day. As the villains get more badder, more desperate, more advantageous the more heroes appear to stop them. Those flashy costume wearing super scouts that are authorized by the government to use their powers in service of society. Ah heroes, always flying high above the sky and once they see trouble they swoop in and hit the bad guy like a 10 ton of bricks at break neck speeds and at the end of the day is saved thanks to them at the civilians are in aw in their glory

......what a bunch of goddamn privileged gimps is more like it

It was a shiny and sunny day in Naruhata city right now. The people who lived in this city were content with the small streets that it made for great places to spend with friends and make new ones in the process. Sun shining on the people walking through the city, going to work, getting groceries and all that, but only one person was doing none of that and was actively ignoring the people around him even if they noticed him or paid attention

There was a young man sitting on top the edge of an open bench with a blue pen writing some things down in his red journal book which he labeled as such. The young man looked to be like he just reached his 20s, as he had a bit of a stern face that could somewhat look adult. He his hair was short and cut into some bit of a straight mop top that was even all around, the colors of his were black at the bottom silver on the top in third degree radius with one long string of hair popping out in the middle. The loner had in a pain black shirt and had on a black leather jacket over it with a design on the back of a music note with a toothy grin. He had on black track pants with white stripes on him and black sneakers to boot, the only thing that black on him were his purple headphones hanging around his neck

He was currently writing something in his journal but as soon as he got to the hero part he started to get a little peeved at the mere cheesy praise he gave to them that he hears every day, he erased the last couple of seconds then out of nowhere he heard a window breaking around the corner of his ear, he couldn't see who caused it since people were running away from towards that it obstructed his line of view. Once it started to clear up a little bit he saw what looked like to be another villain, this time it was a armadillo man with a spiky orange shell and an even more spiky smile across the villains face as he was on all fours

Armadillo: "Yeah that's right, get out of my way before I crush any one of ya's" he then starts to hear police sirens in the distance and was a tad bit annoyed, "Gah shit, one time", he then chuckled to himself reminded himself that there is no threat to them, "Wait, why am I worrying, their guns can't do shit to my body. How about I have a little bit of fun before I scurry on out of here" he said in a entertained tone and arches his back a bit to jump, roll up and crash into a police car, his plan and cockiness were short lived however when he actually saw the cop cars rolling in and he saw a man with steel press gauntlets on top of one of them in a proud manner, the villain instantly panic when he knew it could only mean one thing, "Ah shit a hero. Nah screw that I'm gotta get out of here now"

The villain scramble and scamper his way to the opposite trying to desperately get away, but the hero wasn't gonna give him the distance and acceleration so he jumped off the roof of the police car and the momentum of the launch miraculously matched the villain's speed

Hero: "You are not getting away from jail time buddy. You think you're invincible with that armor and you can harm whoever you want right. Well guess again, because a hero's might and strength could break any armor" he boasted and whines both of his arms back, as soon as he was falling towards the villain he knew his plan was gonna fall in place, with one big moment he yells, "COMPRESSION PRESS" he swings his gauntlet arms on the armadillo's back stopping him in his tracks and broke the middle of his armor
