When I opened the fast food's door, it creaked, but the noise was soon covered by a boy's loud voice

"Hanseo, over here!" Johnny almost shouted

I quickly joined him and sat down in front of him "Don't scream like that, Johnny. We're in a public place"

He rolled his eyes "Yeah, sorry"

I sighed, he's always so loud

"What do you want to order?" He asked me

"Just the usual"

"Cheeseburger and fries" we said at the same time

We laughed. We've been at this fast food so many times in the past years and I've always ordered the same thing. Johnny, on the other hand, tries something new every time.

"I'll go make the order" he stated, getting up from his seat "I'll be right back"

I stayed seated, patiently waiting for Johnny to come back. Thankfully, it took him just a couple of minutes, so I didn't have to wait long.

"Done" he sat in front of me "The food will come here soon"

"Great" I replied "You should've let me pay, though"

He shook his head "Absolutely not. I asked to eat lunch together, so it's my duty to pay"

"That's not how it works" I complained

He just shrugged his shoulders and tried to change the subject "How are those new guys?"

"They're okay" I said "They seem pretty fun. It's actually quite good working with them"

Johnny tilted his head slightly before smirking "Working huh"

I kicked his leg under the table. He winced in pain.

"I mean that working with them is relaxing" I explained "They are used to photoshoots, so they already know what to do and everything is so much easier"

"You all seem pretty close, is there any reason in particular?" He wiggled his eyebrows

"Johnny, I kicked you once and I'm this close to doing it again" I gave him a death glare

He raised his hands in defeat "No thanks, my leg is still hurting"

"I'm glad you learned the lesson" I gave him a big sarcastic smile

A few moments later, a waiter came at our table, leaving two trays full of food in front of us.

We thanked her and then started eating.

As we ate our lunch, we kept talking and it was a lot of fun. Johnny was always being his loud and dirty-minded self, so I ended up kicking his leg three more times.

"Wow" he said, laying his back on the chair "The food tasted extra good today"

"If you say so" I replied, my food tasted the same as always

"Let's go somewhere now" He said enthusiastically "Any ideas?"

"You promised that you would come with me at the art gallery. We could go there" I suggested

He sighed loudly "Do we really have to?"

Unlike me, Johnny wasn't that interested in art. He was more of a music person.

"Yes" I stated firmly

"But-"

"Please?" I said with puppy eyes

"You're disgusting" he replied

"I learnt from you, that's why" I said back "Can we go now?"

"They should make me Saint Johnny" he muttered, shaking his head "Let's just go"

I smiled and instantly got up. I grabbed his left wrist and basically dragged him out of the fast food.

After just about 5 minutes of walking and reminding Johnny of all the good reasons to go there, we finally reached the art gallery.

We entered and we started walking around.

"Do you want to see all the paintings or can we skip to where I left off?" I asked him

"Don't worry, I'll be more than happy to skip" he said, grateful that he didn't need to 'waste' time looking at paintings

He followed me around until we reached the third room.

"I haven't seen this room yet" I told him

He nodded "I'll just follow you and stare at colourful pieces of canvas"

I slapped him lightly on the arm "Shut up and admire"

There were just 3 paintings in that room, so we didn't spend much time there.
In fact, just about 30 minutes later, we went to the following room.

Upon entering the fourth room, I saw a familiar guy.

He had a grey baseball cap and a black mask, does Hyunjin not have anything else to wear?

I walked closer to the boy, Johnny still behind me, and tapped his shoulder.

He gasped and immediately turned around "Oh, it's you. You almost gave me a heart attack"

"Sorry, I didn't mean to startle you" I apologised

"It's fine" he said, smiling under the face mask "What are you doing here?"

"Johnny and I-" I turned to look at Johnny, but he was nowhere to be found

I checked my phone and found some messages from him.

Johnny: like my good friend says, you gotta seize the opportunity
Johnny: I had to go anyways, my shift at the restaurant starts in 20 minutes
Johnny: Have fun with your friend ;)
