IRL at Draco's house Millie's pov
It was so sweet of Daphne to invite me to meet her friends and I'm so happy she did because they're pretty great. I first met Pansy and as intimidating as she might look she was truly so welcoming to me. The two girls and I walked into the Malfoys' manor together and Daphne was right, it was one of the most beautiful places I've ever stepped in. High ceilings, tapestries on the walls, velvet couches and giant windows covered by long heavy drapes. It felt weirdly inviting.
Pansy dragged us upstairs where Draco, Enzo and Mattheo were already hanging out. As soon as we walked in, Draco said before even turning around "fucking finally you're here. the girls are gonna arrive any seconds now." As he saw the three of us in the door way, he quickly realized we weren't who he thought we were. He gave us an awkward smile while the two other boys stood behind him quietly laughing.
Daphne tried saving the situation "Nice to see you too malfoy. This is Millie." she said while gesturing towards me. Draco simply put his hand out for me to shake and added "it's nice to finally meet. I'm sorry for that, we're just waiting on Theo to get here."
Then another boy came up to me and introduced himself "hi I'm Lorenzo, but you can just call me Enzo."
"well nice to meet you Enzo." I said with a smile.
"and this would be Mattheo" Daphne then added pointing to a curly headed boy standing behind Enzo.
"pleasure to meet you" he said while shaking my hand to which I answer with a smile and a simple nod.
"well this was painfully formal." Pansy said while smiling at all of us.
"shut up pants." Daphne jokingly hit her arm.
"sorry I'm late I was getting dressed." said a deep unknown voice from behind Pansy. I stepped to the side to see who was talking and in the door frame stood a tall guy I recognized as Theo.
"well you are just in time to meet Millie." Pansy told him and looked at me.
He turned his head and we made I contact which he kept as he walked closer to me. He stopped walking and quickly looked me up and down at which I felt a little shy. He put out his hand indicating me to take it. He simply shook my hand and said "Theo" while looking me in the eyes. "Millie" I said as I looked up at him. He let go of my hand after a couple seconds and walked away to go great the rest of the boys.
The afternoon was coming to an end and I had to admit I was having a really good time. We all just hung out at the house and I got to know everyone. Well almost everyone, Theo never came up to me since he had briefly introduced himself to me a couple hours prior. Although I had bought him looking at him a couple times while I was talking with his friends. I couldn't tell if he was doing this to intimidate me or something. His stare was hard to read, we made eye contact a couple times but he never showed any emotions.
"so how are you feeling? you having fun?" Daphne appeared beside me.
"honestly this is way better than what I'd imagine. everyone is so nice." I said while smiling at her.
"omg I'm so happy." she looked back at everyone happily. "Pansy and I were just about to go to the store to buy dinner and stuff. Wanna join?" she asked me.
"you guys walking there?" Daphne nodded yes. "then I'm good I'll stay here." I said with a laugh. I absolutely hate grocery shopping and I wasn't feeling like walking all the way there and back, so staying at the house sounded way better.
"you sure? you'll be fine with the boy?" she asked.
"yea it's totally okay. I'm having a good time here." I said reassuring her.
"okay. if anything happens just call me alright?"
"yes yes. Now go, we're getting hungry out here." I said with a laugh and added "actually before you leave, where's the bathroom again?"
"follow me I'll show you." she said and grabbed Pansy. Before stepping out into the hallway she turned to look at the boys and said "we're going to the store to buy dinner. we'll be back soon."
As I was walking back from the bathroom I noticed how quiet everything had gotten. I walked towards the living room we were all hanging in just to find it empty.
