"Woah, hey. You can't take all of it," Hope said as she hand-fed Clabbert chunks of fish from a little bowl, "leave some for the others." She scolded lightly.

She and Newt were technically inside Newt's bedroom, but within his bedroom, they were inside his suitcase. Working with the creatures he rescued from all over the world. Some to stay, some to rehabilitate and be released.

Wet feet slapped the ground as Newt walked over to her with a smile. He smoothed back his soaked hair- the curl holding little droplets, while his dress shirt left very little to the imagination of his physique. Biting her lip, she was slightly disappointed when he used his wand to dry himself off.

"How's the Kelpie?" She asked, giving another fish chunk to one of the Clabberts who hadn't gotten any yet. They were interesting little green things that looked much like a chameleon.

"Doing just fine, I expect she'll be released soon." He smiled, sat on the ground next to her, and helped feed them.

Hope glanced at him and smiled softly, nudging her knee against his. "Nervous for tomorrow?"

"Hm? No, why?" He swallowed hard, clearing his throat.

"Well, because it's normal to be nervous for the first day of school," she giggled, "that and you sat in a puddle of Clabbert urine and have yet to notice."

Newt looked down at the puddle and gave a sheepish smile as he stood, and with a wave of his wand, he was clean. "I suppose I'm a little nervous." He swallowed.

She took hold of his hand and squeezed lightly. "Hey, being nervous is okay, but just know I've got your back. You'll do great, and those students will walk away with a better understanding of why these guys are so important."

His smile was so contagious, the way his eyes sparkled. Hope rose to her feet and wrapped her arms around his neck, kissing his lips softly.

"We've been in here all day," she stroked her thumbs along his cheeks, "you need to eat and get some rest. I know we've stayed an hour past what was a distraction for tomorrow. But everyone is fed, clean, and most are asleep."

Newt let out a soft sigh and nodded. "Yes, yes. You're right, I know."

Biting her lip, she pressed her front against him, relishing his soft gasp. "I can...help you fall asleep."

He blinked. "H-how?"

With a grin, she nipped his ear lightly. "First, you'll eat. After that, you'll get ready for bed. Then..." her hand pressed lightly against the bulge in his pants.

Newt's shudder filled Hope with a delighted tingle.

Pulling his hands, she led him to the stairs and moved behind him, pushing him forward. "Up you go."

He laughed and shook his head but obliged and went up the stairs. He pushed the lid to his suitcase open and climbed out. Hope followed after him, smirking at his behind.

"I do have a lovely view, I'll admit."

"Hope." He scolded, but she could hear the smile in his voice as they exited the case, closed, and locked it.

"You get cleaned up, and I'll get us some food." She kissed his cheek and quickly left through the circular door, heading for the kitchen.

Hope entered the kitchens, where there was a table of food meant for staff in case they needed a midnight snack. She put some food onto a plate, enough for the both of them and turned to go.

"I thought you didn't care much for curry," Albus said with a smile as he entered the kitchens, likely for hot chocolate.

"Ah, observant as always," Hope laughed lightly and nodded, "It's for Newt. He's nervous about tomorrow."
