Y/N's pov

I was eating in the mess hall with the others. Things are going about as normal as can be with them, but today's date was a bit sad. Today was the sixth aniversery of the robbery, and Bill's death. He was a man of few words, but he was a good one.

Seamus: You alright, man?

Y/N: Yeah. I'm good.

Emma: Are you sure? You're more quiet than usual.

Y/N: I am?

Meghan: Yeah. It's kind of wierd for you to be this quiet.

Taina stood up and studied my face.

Taina: I know that look.

Monika: What look?

Taina: What's wrong?

Y/N: It's nothing.

Emma: You can tell us. You know that, right?

Y/N: Again, it's nothing.

Monika: If something is wrong you should tell us.

Y/N: I said it's nothing!

I got up and dumped my tray, I then walked out of the Mess Hall to find somewhere to clear my head. As I was walking the PA came on.

PA: Operators Caveira, Valkyrie, Sledge, Twitch, and Vagabond to the Briefing room.

Y/N: Fuck!

I slowly make my way to Briefing room. As I walk in I see the other four looking at me.
They all have sempethetic looks on thier faces.

Six: Good of you to join us. Alright, you five are going to Ireland to escort some highly important people to a safehouse. Good thing we have a native to the area. You leave as soon as you have your gear.

Timeskip

We're on a plane to Ireland. I miss the old country. Great pubs, nice soil for farming, not that I did do any farming, and... well that's about it. Still, nice place. The others are sitting and talking amongst themselves while I'm sitting by myself.

Sledge's pov

The four of us are sitting together while Y/N is sitting by himself. I don't know why but he is being a bit of an asshole today... well, more of an asshole. He's been like this the whole week it's been getting worse day by day.

Sledge: Cav, Twitch?

Twitch: Yeah?

Caveira: What?

Sledge: Has he been like this before?

Twitch: I knew him for about a month. so, not really.

Caveira gets lost in thought for a second.

Sledge: Cav?

Caveira: There was a week when he was like this.

Sledge: Did he tell you why?

Caveira: He said that "it was a day he regretted." He also put his glass up a few times like he was toasting to something. Then he told me it was the day a good friend of his died.

Sledge: So that would mean...

Valkyrie: He's mourning.

We all look at him. He looks back for a second then he looks out of the window.

Twitch: Poor guy.

Y/N's pov

The plane has landed and we've met with our contact. We're walking with the HVI (Highly Valuble Individual) to a rondevous point so we can get some cars.
