Once you got home, you quickly had a shower and got changed into something comfy. You took out the slip from your pocket and hastily put the numbers in your phone and called Sebastian. He picked up his phone and put it to his ear (or put it on speaker, idk).

"Hello, who is this?" his smooth voice came through the line.
"Hey! It's me, Y/N, from school," you replied.
"Ah, hello Y/N, so do you do everything you're told by a piece of paper? I only just got home and you're already calling me."
"NO. I just thought you were decent and I have nothing better to do..."

You both talked for about an hour. Sebastian was actually really fun to talk to, he was funny, friendly, hot, and you two were becoming pretty good friends already.

*time skip*

It had been a week of you two being friends and the next day at school was just another day at school. Nothing interesting happened until lunch. You were walking with Sebastian to the canteen, but when you offered to get him something, he politely declined saying he wasn't that hungry. You made a stupid 'you're mom isn't that hungry' joke and followed him to where you usually sat. You left him for a few minutes to go get your food before returning to your seat with some shitty mac and cheese.

"You sure you're alright with no food? That juice doesn't look very filling. ' you said as you took notice of the red liquid in his bottle.
"I'm sure. It's got two types of protein in it and I like the metallic taste. I don't really eat that much anyway.' he replied.

You suddenly remembered something you had learned in science that day. Blood has two types of protein in it and a metallic taste from the iron in it. Was Sebastian drinking... Blood!? Was he... A vampire!?

There were so many similarities between him and literally any stereotypical vampire. Red eyes, pale skin, abnormally sharp teeth, drinking what seemed to be blood, not eating real food at all, he must've been one! Not to mention how strong he was.

But what if he wasn't? Then if you confronted him about it he'd think you're insane. You decided to brush it off as just a coincidence since you were starting to grow feelings for Sebastian. You had thought he was hot since you first saw him, but you never thought you'd get a real crush on him.

"Hey, Sebastian? Can I ask a question?" you started.
"You already have. Yes, ask me a question. " he replied between sips.
"If, say, a vampire bites a human, would the human get turned into a vampire? Just curious and wanted to know." you asked innocently. You weren't quite expecting to get bitten, but you never know.
"No," Sebastian replied as if this was common knowledge, "though w- uh... vampires try their best not to drink human blood. I don't know for sure though, I- um- read this all in a book."

He was definitely a vampire.

School the next day was, to put it lightly, a much more than just another day at school. It started off with Sebastian telling you that he forgot his bottle and that he might be a little quiet today. And then, at lunch, you two went to the rooftop to eat because it was too crowded in the canteen.

You noticed Sebastian looking a lot more pale than usual and asked if he was alright.
"I'm fine just a little weak from the lack of my... Juice..." he replied quietly.
You decided to confront him about him being a vampire here and now. If he needed help, then he needed to know you could help him.

"Sebastian I- I know what you are. I know you're a vampire. I have so much evidence that it must be true..." you started to regret your words after they came out. He must've thought you're crazy!
He looked shocked, despite how obvious he seemed to make it.
"What? How did you find out? Have you told anyone? Please don't tell anyone! I-" he started asking before you interrupted his questions.
"Don't worry, I haven't and won't tell anyone. So you are? You're really a vampire?" you questioned after reassuring him.

He nodded. "And I can't eat or drink anything other than blood... Without it I- I become extremely weak. To the point where I can't stand up. I was hoping that today I could kill one of the birds that like to perch on the fence but it's too tall and- and I don't know what to do now... I'll just have to crawl home I guess."
"Or..." you started, "can you drink human blood?"
"Um- Yes I can but it's a bit painful for the person... And I prefer animal blood since it comes from something that can't express it's emotions to me. Why'd you ask?" he replied, oblivious to your idea.
You hesitated for a moment before asking, "What if you had a bit of... m-my blood?"
"What-!? Are you sure? I- I don't want to hurt you.." he said sweetly.
"I'm sure. I don't want you collapsing on the floor in front of me. What do you need me to do?" you told him confidently.
"Just stand there and tilt your head to the side... Perfect." he said.

He came a bit closer to you and you shut your eyes, bracing yourself for the pain. Sebastian put his hands on your shoulders and once again, made sure you were fine before you interrupted him.
"Just shut up and get it over with!" you exclaimed, eyes still tightly closed.

You felt him hesitate for a second, his hot breath hitting the side of your neck, before a stab of pain shot through it. You moaned in pain, somewhat shocking the both of you. His razor-sharp teeth sunk into your soft flesh, before he removed them and started sucking the blood from the fresh wound. It hurt like hell, but you gritted your teeth and tried to stay as silent as possible.

After about 20 seconds of baring the pain, Sebastian pulled back and rubbed the bite mark he had just created. You opened your eyes and unclenched your jaw as you turned around to face him.
"I'm sorry I should've stopped sooner I was just starving and I got carried away and-" he took a deep breath before continuing in a much more collected manor, "Thank you for letting me take your blood. I sincerely apologize if I hurt you too badly."

His apology made you smile and say, "You're welcome. Honestly, I don't mind that you didn't stop quickly! If you're gonna be happy and full, you be happy and full. But do you think you could do anything to stop the bleeding? People are probably gonna wonder why I have a bite mark on my neck..." you asked, knowing how people react to a normal hickey, let alone a deep, bloody, bite-mark!

"Of course, sorry about that." he apologized again as he made his way back to your neck. He looked at it for a second before making his decision on how to stop the bleeding. By licking the excess blood off so a band-aid will stick properly.

The way he worked his tongue around the bite gave you shivers. It soothed the pain and you could feel the blood stopping.

"Thank you, Sebastian. Maybe remember to bring your bottle to school next time, though." you thanked him as he placed a band-aid on the wound.
