Amanda's POV

I was in my room on my bed hitting the ball on the wall and catching it back. I had nothing else to do. I decided to call Janoya's cause she finds some way to make me smile. I pressed call button and it rang three times.

"He-" before I could finish she cut me off

"Hey sorry am busy call you back later. Mmmm bye," then the line went dead. What's she up to?

Since I was very bored I decided to go to my favorite shop. Bubble Tea.

"Mom I'll be back soon," I shouted then grabbed my coat to leave. I was walking its just a few blocks from here. I called Troy telling him to meet me there.

I was now at the place, Troy was standing at a post.

"Took you long enough," he said. We found our way to the cashier. I saw a figure walking that looked like Janoya. Maybe am going cray, but then the boy kissed her and the the face turned around when the boy went into the cab. Then it hit me. It was Janoya's. She waved at the boy then started walking up the street cause she lived a few blocks from here.

"Janoya," I said

Janoya POV

When I arrived home I ran to my room to change cause I was going out. I changed into a silky skirt and a white blouse. I kept on my sandals. My phone rang.

"He-" I cut off Amanda before she could finish.

"Hey sorry am busy call you back later. Mmmm bye," I said then hung up. I feel so bad. The door bell rang and I ran to it.

"Bye mom!" I shouted. I opened the door to see Jordan.

"Hey ," he said and kissed me, I smiled at him.

"Ready," he asked

"Yeah," and we left. We went roller skating but I can't do that so he thought me.

"Just hold my hand ok," he said and I nodded. I held his hand and we did it together. I was good but once he let go I fell on my butt. We did it over and over again,and again.

"OK my butts numb," I said and he laughed. We went to the bus stop which was right across from bubble tea. He kissed me then went into a cab. I waved at him then started walking.

"Janoya," I heard my name. My eyes widen at the voice. Its Amanda.I spun around.

"Heeeyy," I dragged the word then did a nervous smile

"You have some explaining to do," she said walking up to me

"Right after I run away," I said and started running but got lifted and thrown over a shoulder by Troy.

"Put me down you Dummy ," I started hitting him and kicking. Guess it isn't enough so I gave up. He set me down on a chair.

"Explain,how long?" Amanda asked

"1 month," I mumbled

"Are you dating him,"

"Doesn't it show,"

"Is he your boyfriend," she asked and that's the question I've been avoiding.

"Maybe," I said shrugging

"Oh come on ," amanda said

"Fine yes for three weeks now happy," and then Troy started singing.

"Janoya has a boyfriend Janoya has a boyfriend janoya has a boyfriend-" I cut him off

"Shut up or else in break your bones," I said threw gritted teeth which caused him to shut up.
