I was shocked.  

"I- uh-" I stuttered not knowing how to reply to what Jay said.

"If ima be real with you Red, I been thought you were more than js an 'opp' I only dissed you cs I really wanted to fw you" he started pacing.

"Um" I scratched my head.

"Like deadass, I'm so glad you came to that party because getting to know you and squashing the beef has been the best decision I've ever made" he went on.

I looked around and started whistling. 

He stopped talking and just stared at me.

"Red say something" he insisted. How do I tell him that this whole time I wanted him to? I'm just not IN LOVE with him. But yk I really do have feelings for him. 

Love is a very strong word-

"Jay... " I started until I heard the front door open.

Our faces froze up and I started panicking. TONY WAS HERE!!

"Holy shit!! Go through the window" I urged Jay as I whispered. He quickly tip toed to the window.

"You live in an apartment man!! Ian jumping this shit" he whisper-yelled at me.

I COMPLETELY FORGOT-

"HIDE" I shoved him into my closet and slammed the door.

"Twinnn" Tony pranced to my room happily. My heart was beating so fast.

"Heyyy T" I spoke nervously.

"You good?" he raised a brow as he analyzed the room.

"I'm cooling" I sat on my bed.

"Oh igh- anyway I wanted to speak to you bout that klickin nigga" he leaned on my door frame.

"My god tony why" I rolled my eyes.

"Cs I know he aint js show up for the fun of it" he death glared me. I hope he knows I know how to lie like REALLL good.

"I showed up to they party unannounced for the fun of it" I reminded him.

"Okay but chu different. You dumb as fuck" he insulted me.

"ALRIGHT" I wanted him to leave me alone.

"But like worda bro ian have nun to do w it" I crossed my fingers behind my back. He didn't notice.

He nodded. He didn't believe me. I could tell.

"Nigga probably thought he could try n get sum info for Roscoes ugly ass" I started making shi up.

"Nigga aint get nun but a black eye" tony laughed. I joined him. Sorry jay 😐...

"But uh js letting u kno if you see him, you kill him igh? He said sum fucked up shi bout da guys and we all kno we gotta up da scoe on them oys" he said sternly before walking out and closing my door.

I locked my door and went to the closet.

"Your gonna kill me?" Jay opened the door with a sad look on his face.

"No dumbass" I grabbed his shirt and pulled him out.

"WELL DAMN" he lowkey flew forward once I let him go.

"You gotta go Jay. Now" I insisted.

"But Red"

"Jay GO" I knew Tony was in his room so all I had to do was distract him. Easy 🤷🏽‍♀️.
