Maddison,

The library is my thinking place, I come here to relax and get work done.

It's been my favorite place to stay at in this school , it gives me peace away from people and my image..

well kinda.

I will always have to maintain my image in school but the library is a place where i don't have to be so tense, it's more private..

OR IT WAS! until he had to come to MY school.

I look up from the book i'm reading, and he's there.. looking over my shoulder.. i pretend not to care.

"Pride and Prejudice?..are you 80?" he says

I can tell he's watching my face and calculating my reaction.

I simply look at him and go back to my book

He rolls his eyes and turns around to leave

"where are you going?" i say coldly

"I'm leaving, clearly neither one of us wants to do this so why go through with it?.." He says nonchalant

I finally turn to look him in the eyes..

His gaze is cold, hard.. like all the emotions and feeling has left.

It sends a shiver down my spine, I get a very hostile yet unfazed feeling from him..

"well.. we have to do it or we'll be expelled, and i can't risk my reputation" i say

"Of course.." he sighs

he slowly walks to the other side of the round table, and reluctantly pulls out the chair.

He sits down and takes off his backpack setting it on the table and pulling out his math textbook.

"we're starting with english.." i say

"no." he says

"uh, yes" i reply

"whatever" he says

we start on english, and as the rest of the tutor session goes on we don't talk about anything other than whatever subject we were on..

I had no desire to talk to him, he had no desire to talk to me. It was mutual..

but some part of me wished we were talking.. i excuse the idea..

during the end of the session i feel like i can't take my eyes off him, he has this strained focused face on, frowning with concentration,, i can't help but want to make him smile, but i dismiss the idea again..

this is how it should be, how it should stay.
