Y/n Pov:

I never thought I would be a mother of four, let alone quadruplets. But here I am, a young mother tending to my four nine-month-old babies. It's a lot of work, but I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.

Today, as I was changing one of my babies' diapers, I heard a phone ringing. I looked around and realized it was my husband's phone. He must have forgotten it in his hurry to leave for work this morning.

I picked up the phone and saw that it was an unknown number calling. Curiosity got the better of me, so I answered the call. It was Manila on the other end, and she asked for my husband.

"Why am I speaking to you? Where's Izana? I'm waiting in his office!" She said rudely. I told her he wasn't here and asked why was she calling him. She hung up on me rudely after calling me a derogatory name.

My heart sank as she hung up. I knew he had cheated on me, but I never thought he would still be in contact with her. Before she actually hung up, she said that she had some important news to share with him.

I hung up the phone and decided to look through my husband's contacts. As I scrolled through his phone, I came across Manila's name and saw a picture of a positive pregnancy test.

Tears filled my eyes as I realized what this meant. My husband had gotten his ex-girlfriend pregnant. I couldn't believe it. How could he do this to me and our family?

I looked over at my babies, and my heart broke even more. How could he be so careless with our marriage and our children's future?

I cried for what felt like hours, feeling betrayed and hurt. I didn't know what to do or how to confront my husband about this. All I knew was that our marriage was slowly being destroyed, and I didn't know if it could be salvaged.

Just then my sister Phoebe called as I tried to hold it together. "Hey, Y/n. Is everything okay?" Phoebe asked.

I let out a sigh before responding, "I'm fine, Phoebe. Just a little sad, but hopeful." I said trying not to cry.  "What's wrong?" She asked.

"Today Izana forgot his phone at home, he got a phone call, and I checked his phone and found a text message from his ex, Manila. She sent him a picture of a pregnancy test," I said, my voice shaking as tears fell.

"He got her pregnant, Phoebe. He slept with her after he told me nothing serious happened. I won't confront him until he tells me," I said, tears streaming down her face.

Phoebe listened attentively as I continued expressing my hurt, anger, doubt and frustration, "The fact that he didn't use protection when he slept with her, and we've been getting intimate for weeks after it happened. What if he had caught something from her? Now I have to deal with that psycho for the rest of my life. I love him, and I don't want this marriage to end, but I've been hurt enough." I whimpered.

"I'm here for you, Y/n. Whatever you need, I'll be here," Phoebe said, trying to comfort me.

I sniffled before responding, "Thank you, Phoebe. I appreciate it." I said as I hung up. I didn't want to burden anyone else with my problems. I decided to start packing me and the babies clothes as I decided, I would stay with my mother just in case an argument broke out.

I sat on the couch, anxiously waiting for Izana to come home. My mind was racing with thoughts of what he could possibly have to tell me. I had just found out that he had gotten his ex-girlfriend, Manila, pregnant. I couldn't believe it. I thought we had something special, something that couldn't be broken. But now, everything was falling apart.

As Izana walked through the door, I could see the guilt written all over his face. He sat down next to me and took a deep breath.

"I have something to tell you," he said, his voice barely above a whisper.
