jeremiah sat at the kitchen bench, jeremiah making them his hangover smoothies that was suppose to instantly cure you.
belly waked into the room, looking like she didn't even touch a drink. "good morning bells." jeremiah says as he stirs his green drink.
"ugh!" alianna whines walking in the room as well looking like a wreck. "my head is pounding." she complains sitting down next to jeremiah.
"here, try this." he hands her the cup. "it better help me." she warns him before taking a big gulp of the liquid.
"ew!" she finishes the drink, her nose and eye brows scrunched up, jere laughed at the sound she made.
"it'll make you feel better." he told her as she stood up. "god i hope it does. i'm gonna take a shower." alianna looked like a mess and desperately needed to shower.
alianna made her way upstairs and took a quick shower, waking and refreshing herself. alianna wrapped the towel around her body as she stepped out of the shower.
she heard a knock on her bathroom door. "come in!" she shouted back. it revealed jeremiah with his eyes closed and peeking through the door.
"hey, uhm i was wondering if you wanted to go on a muffin run with me?" he asked still closing his eyes.
"jere, you can open your eyes." she said holding onto the towel tightly, praying that it didn't fall. jeremiah opened his eyes and saw alianna drying her hair, looking in the mirror.
"and sure thing, i'll be ready in 5." she told him, smiling from the slightly foggy mirror. jeremiah gave a thumbs up letting her know he heard her and left the bathroom.
alianna got dressed and ready not long after jeremiah asked her to go on a muffin run.

she made her way down the stairs and realised that jeremiah sent her text. he said that he forgot the keys and that they well in conrad's room.
alianna rolled her eyes at the message and went back up stairs to conrad's room preparing for him to be in there but he wasn't.
conrad's room was neat and tidy, it always stayed the same. he kept a lot of ocean themed items on his cabinets.
she made her way over to his desk and searched through the drawers. it was cluttered and filled with a bunch of junk, there were condoms and cigarettes and a little black gift bag?
alianna lifted it up, curious to know what was inside. she opened the bag revealing a little black box, which kept a beautiful infinity necklace.
something conrad and alianna had was infinity. when they were little conrad said to ali that he loved her to the moon and infinity, she didn't realise what that meant and so she said it back.
it was something special they kept between each other. something just the two of them could have. but this summer conrad has changed and it felt like that spark between them had faded.
alianna ran her finger along the charm, tracing around the infinity shape. she quickly put it back in the bag and put it away, finding the keys and running out of his room.
she pretended that she didn't see the necklace but deep down knew she could never forget.
TIME SKIP TO THE CAR !
alianna and jeremiah sat in the car driving to the breakfast shop. alianna stared out the window as she usually did when she was in the car jeremiah looked over to her, "you good?" he asks. "yeah, yeah." she lies.
"come on, it's me. you can tell me anything." he tells her, but maybe she couldn't tell him everything.
"uhm sorry, i just understand conrad this summer." she breathes. "why? is it because he forgot belly's birthday?" he say's confused.
"no not really. he's just started to act i don't know... different?" alianna said looking out the window again.
"he's been acting weird for months, forget him." jeremiah comforts her by holding ali's hand.
"so how did things go with luke last night?" she asked him, holding onto his hand as well.
"you saw that?" he acts surprised. "of course i did. your pretty hard to miss." she says making him blush.
"oh am i?" he laughs. "yes!" she laugh back. "things actually went well."
"good to hear." alianna says again, looking out the window as they keep driving til they get to their destination.
