I felt good in his arms. But at the same time, I felt awkward. And why was that?
Because I'm at my crush's house... First I fall asleep here, and then I'm almost crying on his shoulder. Oh God, how embarrassing!
I wasn't planning on crying in his room, he doesn't even know me. Felix, you're an idiot.
I think I'm gonna dig my way back to Australia because this is the most embarrassing thing I could have ever done.
"Is everything all right now?" he asked after a moment of silence. "Y-yeah," I muttered.
"Do you want something to drink?" "I.. I guess so" "Okay" he said and let me out of his embrace. I sniffled a little at that because I felt good in his arms.
"C-can I come... with you?" I asked because I didn't want to be there alone. "Sure, come on" he said and slowly walked to the kitchen.
"What would you like?" He asked me. "M-maybe just plain water will do.. T-thank you" I carefully took the glass from him and drank from it.
"You're not hungry then?" He asked, taking the glass from me. "No" I shook my head and looked around the kitchen.
It would be cook or bake in here, it's awfully big. "Will you be free tomorrow after school? For the project" he asked, drinking from one of the glasses himself.
Tomorrow? I was going to go to Fargo tomorrow and-and ride...
"Um... I can't tomorrow, I'm... I'm busy," I muttered. "Oh, never mind. Plenty of time," he said, and then gestured with his hand for me to follow him.
I guess he wanted to go back to his room, which was true. There he sat down on the couch and I carefully sat down next to him.
"How about we get to know each other a little? Make the project go better? What do you think?" when he said this, I completely forgot that I wanted to sleep.
"Y-yeah" I played with my fingers because I was so nervous. "Okay, I think we know our names. Don't we? You're Lee Felix" he was looking at me but I couldn't look at him.
I nodded my head in agreement. "And you... H-Hwang Hyunjin"
"Well, what's your favorite season?" He looked at me. "Autumn" I muttered. "Really?!" He shouted a little until I got scared.
"Oh, sorry. I just like autumn too. I didn't mean to scare you" "It's okay" I sighed.
Shouldn't I be going home? Aren't they worried about me?
