❝UNDER Jujutsu regulations, Itadori Yuuji, we're going to exorcise you as a curse!❞Akira declared, her frustration evident in her tense posture. Her fists were clenched, and her aura crackled with electric energy, illuminating the darkened area around them.
Itadori, who had managed to regain some composure, raised his hands in a placating gesture. "Wait, really? I'm perfectly fine!" He said, a hint of bemusement in his voice. As he spoke, the cursed marks on his body began to recede, revealing unblemished skin. "More importantly, we're all pretty beat up. We should get to a hospital."
Akira's teeth were set in a grim line. She was on the edge of losing control, the delicate balance of their forces hanging by a thread. One wrong move could trigger chaos.
Just then, a voice interrupted the tension from behind. Akira and Megumi spun around, their eyes widening in disbelief.
A tall, striking man with white hair and a black blindfold stood before them. His presence radiated charisma and confidence. He wore a uniform similar to Megumi's, but the blindfold was what made him stand out. Despite the blindfold obscuring his eyes, his charm was undeniable.
"Gojo-sensei?!" Megumi exclaimed, his surprise evident.
Akira, momentarily at a loss for words, managed an awkward greeting. "Uh..."
Gojo turned his attention to Akira, his blindfolded gaze somehow piercing through her. "Ah, it's been a year, hasn't it? Look at you, my lovely student," he said warmly. "You've really grown."
Akira, flustered, mumbled incoherently in response.
Gojo's eyes widened with exaggerated concern. "Oh dear, you're quite roughed up too!" He seemed almost delighted by their condition. "I should show this to the second years!" he said, pulling out his phone and snapping pictures of the bedraggled Megumi and Akira.
Akira groaned in exasperation. "Sensei, seriously?"
Gojo, unfazed, explained, "The higher-ups wouldn't stop pestering me about a missing special-grade cursed object, so I decided to do a little sightseeing while I was at it." His carefree attitude was grating on Akira's nerves.
Meanwhile, Itadori sheepishly interrupted, "Sorry about that, but I ate it." He gestured to himself with a shrug.
Gojo looked at him, skeptical. "For real?"
"For real," Akira, Megumi, and Itadori replied in unison.
Gojo stepped closer to Itadori, his hand on his chin as he examined the young man. After a moment, he burst into laughter. "That's hilarious! It really did merge with you."
