We find ourselves with our lone hero Y/n attempting to get to and take on the gym alone let's see if he has any luck

Y/n was just outside the gym gazing at his next challenge with his partner
Y/n: This is it bud our second gym badge

Our lone hero walked into the gym then saw a huge wall

Grant: Oh a challenger I'm up here!
Y/n: Am I suppose to climb this wall?
Grant: You could or you could use the elevator
Y/n: Looks like I'm doing some climbing

So Y/n Started climbing the wall and Shadow quickly followed and of course made it too the top first but after a bit Y/n Made it to

Grant: So what were you thinking about when climbing the wall
Y/n: Uh..Nothing
Grant: That's perfect so what were you looking at
Y/n: Straight ahead
Grant: excellent that means you've reached the stage of enlightenment your mind was Cristal clear and not clouded now that you've successful climbed the wall the next wall your gonna need to conquer is me

Shadow: Froga!
Grant: Just by looking at you and your partner I can tell you trust and care for each other but let's see if you can climb the wall..
They got in position for the battle then the ref got into position to say the rules
Referee: The battle between Grant the Solange city gym leader and Y/n the challenger is about to begin the gym leader will have use of only two pokemon while the challenger will have the use of all the pokémon he currently has in his possession
Y/n: all of them?
Grant: That's how the Solange city gym operates I want to see everything the challenger has
Y/n: I have Five pokémon with me I've been Busy but I hope I don't have to use them all..
Referee: only the challenger will be allowed to substitute pokemon so if you please bring out your pokemon
Grant: Let's see what Pokemon you got to scale the wall. Onix let's go! *Throws onixs pokeball*

Y/n: Use grassknot!
Furfrou attempt to attack but Onix jumped in the air
Y/n: Woah!
Grant: Iron tail
Y/n: jump and clamp onto Onix!
Furfrou dodged the attack then jumped onto Onix
Y/n: Dark pulse!
Furfrou used dark pulse from the close range and it hit for decent damage before Furfrou was knocked back with iron tail
