This story will follow the villain Y/n L/n aka Inazuma or lightning bolt in Japanese as he goes through Arkham asylum, Arkham city and much more.

some of the other super villains don't mind Y/n as he doesn't take part in the gang wars between two face, joker, black mask or penguin but he has been approached by all four major factions, which he refused to join them.
Villain name - Inazuma
powers :
super human speed
super human regeneration
super human senses
really smart
Y/n can generate lightning and send them out in bolts of lightning or do with it as he pleases
it takes Y/n a day to fully charge his powers and with a full charge he could power Gotham for 2 weeks
see energy being used through cables it looks like a flowing of blue energy
travel through electric devices but has difficulty when the device has a surge protector
can hack devices by sending his energy through devices but if there is a surge protector he can't do it
absorb energy
weaknesses :
The batman
can over generate lightning causing him to basically short circuit and unable to use his powers for a couple of days
Livewire uses Y/n as her own battery draining his power from him, Y/n doesn't like this at all so he stays away from her

Two of these but on only one has a screen that shows how much energy Y/n still has in a percentile format like 100% for full power and so on as so forth.
Back story:
Y/n used to work for an energy company that were working on a next generation energy generator he was one of the main people working on it but one day it started to malfunction during a test while he was in the room with it, he asked his coworkers to shut it off but they didn't so he tried to either fix it or shut it off himself but it then sent a massive energy bolt that hit Y/n it almost killed him. Y/n was in a coma for a couple of weeks and his body started to change to be like the generator when Y/n returned to work his employers started to experiment on him because the generator had been broken beyond repair, until Y/n broke out and killed everyone there until batman stopped him, Y/n showed batman all the evidence about what happened and what they did to him. Ever since then Y/n became a super villain killing people, robbing banks and fighting batman, at first he wanted to get help but as people tried to help him he saw that they treated him badly like a villain so he became one.
