He propped his chin on his open palm and touched the last 2 items. Instantly, 3D photos were displayed of the new real estate he received. All the amenities were listed beside the homes and their address. In thumbnails below the lists were snapshots of the ownership certificates, he can see his name clearly on each one.

"Am I to be a lazy landlord?" he asked himself with a playful gleam in his eyes. Within the apartment buildings, a few units were already leased. The homes weren't on the market yet, as stated in the details, they were recently completed and ready for their new owners. The lease on the apartment units will be renewed in a month which means he had to face his tenants soon.
"Bah! It looks like I have to be a true young master. An assistant is needed, a human to be precise," he murmured. He glanced at the monitor beside him that showed a dragon avatar in its sleep state.

"Argon! Wake up!"

The dragon avatar opened its eyes and showed an indifferent look in its eyes as it swam around the screen before resting on the green lush hills that were animated onto the screen. The dragon was of a golden color with scales of red and blue and its eyes were a beautiful obsidian black. It was really eye-catching.

At the start of giving his next order, his phone rang. Recognizing the caller, he quickly answered. Checking the time, he saw it was an hour before the formal interviews for new staff. 

"Yes, Manager Bo. Is there something wrong?"

"Good morning, Young Master Chen. It isn't a major problem but more of an inconvenience."
