At Nanhe Emperor's Mall, Chen Kai's shopping spree was over. He was escorted to his car under curious gazes of patrons leaving and entering the mall. The guards followed him to his Jetta, hiding their surprise and questions.

Why was a rich guy driving a Jetta?

Was this the real way of living for tycoons?

There goes one's logical thinking!

"For your troubles!" Chen Kai placed $2000 Yuan in Captain Xia's hands who refused it outright.

"This is our job, Mr. Chen. Please know that you will be protected by our security company at any of the branches. On your next visit, go straight to the VIP parking and we will be notified of your arrival," Captain Xia said. In all honesty, the captain received a hurried message from his company's handler. Their additional duty from this day forward, is to protect the young shareholder. The man understood the silent reason behind this and dutifully accepted.

"Hmmm. If you say so. Until next time," Chen Kai answered, bidding them goodbye.

The four men stood in a daze for a moment; watching the Jetta drive out of the parking lot.  "Is it just me or did you guys feel that Mr. Chen is a bit strange?" one asked.

"It's not just you, I understand your confusion. When was the last time a person of wealth talked and treated us like people and not tools," another replied.

"Mr. Chen is a rare one. Let's go place our report and resume our normal duties," Captain Xia stated firmly to end any talk about the young shareholder.

Content with his purchases, Chen Kai was excited to see his new home. He gave Manager Bao a call to notify him of his arrival.

In a three-floor villa, a man dressed impeccably in a pressed business suit, nearing his 40s walked into the main office without knocking.

This was considered a normal occurrence as the secretary outside the office gave him a distracted wave and continued with her work.

Sitting behind a large glass desk was a man with a stern countenance in his early forties but looked ten years younger. This man was Liu Yun, a decorated army veteran and one of the original guards of the Sleeping Dragon Villa since its inception. The two men have been friends for a number of years and worked together on many development sites and properties.

Today, they were about to witness a long-lived wish come true.

"Is Mr. Chen on his way?" Liu Yun asked before lifting his head.

"Tch! Can't you give me some face as the property manager to supply you with information regarding my duties?" Manager Bao sat down unceremoniously in one of the chairs at the desk under his friend's mocking grin.

"It saves me the time from listening to you gloat about acquiring this account," Lui Yun answered honestly.

"Your honest words still annoy me."Manager Bao acted annoyed but looked more like a confused child.

"Continue with what you wanted to tell me."

"Fine. Two weeks' worth of groceries were sent to the villa. I currently have the delivery guy in the courtyard going through a security check. I will let you handle the packages the Lamborghini Company sent over so you can introduce yourself and the team. The handover will be done here before we escort him to the property." Manager Bao was nervous. He can only tell how mature Chen Kai was over the phone. His personal information was confidential in his company and Liu Yun's. Only his photo, his name, and his National ID were given to them.
