It was a chill morning at ???'s HQ. Employees were just chilling while checking the website and mails daily to see if there were news or updates. But one thing would make the day unusual. Let's go into the chief's room, that was drinking some coffee trying to wake up. Out of nowhere, a worker opened the door, panicking.
"CHIEF!" the employee screamed, visibly out of breath.
The chief turns around, visibly surprised by the scream. "Hey hey, what happened?" the chief asked, for then saying "take a moment to calm down and tell me what you gotta tell me.". After taking some breath, the employee continues "We've received this unusual email from a user expressing concerns about the secret update 'Wii update 4.4'. He also wants to know the origins of this update, mentioning the Wii World feature. We suspect he's a teen after further profile investigation. WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO?!"
The chief was surprised to hear someone sent an email, and replied "don't panic, we got this. Reply to him settling a meeting via zoom today at 2pm if possible, i wanna hear more about this 'experience' he had.". He then paused for a moment and said "Also, if you can, forward me a copy of the email to my inbox so I can analyze it." The employee nodded and got back into his desk. Meanwhile, the chief was exploring different solutions for this situation. After the reply was sent, everyone there could only wait.
