***Back at Jake's house***
After a while, I received a reply requesting a meeting at 2pm. I replied "oh yea sure" as i basically got nothing to do all day other than eating and sleeping. Now all i had to do was waiting. While i was waiting, i couldn't help but feel curious and impatient. I was finally about to know the truth about this secret update and i could finally answer all my questions.
Finally, 2pm arrived, and i connected to the meet link as expected. In call i already found the chief with its employees on background, working but also listening. "Hello and thank you for joining us today" the chief began, "It's nice to see you there. We were surprised by the email you sent us today." he continued. "You see, while it is true that we found and hosted the secret update for the Wii, version 4.4, we never really tested it as we don't have a physical Wii and the emulator refused to work with the files. We would be interested in listening what happened in your experience in more details, please.". As he told me this, i started to explain what happened. From the teleportation in China, to the girl i had as a friend in result. I also showed them the contact on discord. The chief nodded, while some employees was writing some stuff down. When I finished, the chief had a surprised look on his face, and after a few seconds, he said "Really interesting, your experience is truly fascinating.". I also asked some questions, like how could this work, how the Wii could turn my tv into a portal and how it could teleport me to any country i wanted. The chief replied "While we have no idea why and how this was a thing, we surely wanna find out like you. We will run some investigations and let you know". He then continued "But, we are sure we'll need your help. Welcome into our team, you will be important to test out theories and get on with the investigations." When he finished saying that, i was surely amazed. I felt like my teenage years weren't common, as i was helping a organization run some investigations on a secret Wii update that involves Nintendo. "Thank you for telling this to us, i think our meet can conclude now.". After that, he left the call, and i did too. I still felt shocked and surprised by his words...i still couldn't believe i got into a thing as big at this is.
