I wake up with a weight on my stomach and look down to see Olivia sleeping on me I smiled and started petting her from her head and down her back, Olivia was an affectionate cat mom just got her a few months ago, I look to the side and saw Meredith sleeping she usually has and attitude even to mom, but shes nicer to me since mom got her and she was gentle to, probably because I was still small and only 4 when mom got her, sometimes they like to sleep in here.

I gently lift Olivia off my stomach and put her on my bed luckily she doesn't wake up then I go to the bathroom and brush my teeth and start walking to moms room, its a Saturday so I know shes sleeping in I open her door quietly and tip toe to her bed and see mom sleeping, I climb up on the bed and start tapping my mom to wake up "mommy" she doesn't even move, "mommy" I say louder and she turns over but doesn't wake up, "mommyyy wake up" I say tapping her harder she finally opens her eyes squinting them well looking at me trying to wake up.

"Jude what are you doing up go back to sleep" she says with a groggy voice, "noo wake up" i say trying to convince her to get up "noo go to sleep" she says just like me and wraps me in a hug and turns me so im laying down snuggled in her hold, I start laughing "sleep" she says again well closing her eyes "nooo" I say well trying to wiggle away from her hold, she eventually lets go and sighs "alright fine you got me awake JuJu" mom says well smiling at me, I nod proud of myself "good now lets go make breakfast mommy" I say then get off her bed and start to go downstairs to the kitchen.

mom comes down in her pyjamas same as me a few minuets later in the kitchen "alight chief Jude what are we making today" mom asks with her hands on her hips looking down at me to get my answer, "umm bacon and egg sandwich" I say "alright Jude can you get the pack of bacon from the fridge for me" , I nod and go to the fridge and get the bacon out and pass it to her, I see she got the bowls and pans mom goes to get the eggs and some vegetables to put in the omelet and comes back.

"ok Jude get your stool so you can help me make the eggs" I quickly go to get it and put it in front of the counter and stand on it so I can reach everything, mom cracks the eggs and I start whisking them, she then added the vegetables in the eggs well I kept mixing, mom put the bacon on and then eventually put the eggs on, when the food was done we made our sandwiches and brought our food to the couch to eat. "what do you wanna watch Jude" I thought on what to watch and decide on the show ive been watching for about a month now but still wasn't done because its a long one, "umm lets watch naruto" I said and mom put it on.

About two hours later mom was going to her music room probably to write some new song ideas and I went up to my room and started reading when Meredith came in and jumped on my bed beside me, I started petting her and she actually let me which is rare, well I was running my had through her hair there must have been a knot because my fingers got caught on something and before I could stop my hand it pulled on it and Meredith yelped and jumped away from me, she turned to look at me with a glare and we both looked down at my hand a saw a chunk of her hair and my heart dropped I looked back at her "sorry Meredith" I said quickly.

It only looked like her glare got worse she started walking slowly to me so I jumped off my bed backing away from her and she jumped off the bed following me, "I said im sorry I didn't mean to" I whimpered out getting scared of her, she might just be a cat but shes a scary one when shes mad, she just hissed and kept coming towards me so I did what any sane person would do and turned around and ran out of my room, I looked back and saw her chasing me "ahhh mommy Meredith's chasing me!" I yelled out well running, I started running down the stairs for my life because if she caught me I would be dead.

But as I got to the last step I missed it and my heart dropped I was falling forward I tried to put my hands out to at least help the impact but when I fell my face hit directly on the floor, there was a big bang when I fell, a few seconds later as I shakily lifted my head up I immediately felt pain especially in my mouth, when I looked on the ground I saw blood where my mouth was and when I looked in front of me I could see something white, I brought my hand to my mouth and my eyes went wide, my front left tooth was gone, I looked back at the white thing and realized it was my tooth.

With the adrenaline gone the pain was getting worse and I started crying, I heard my mom rushing to where I was, when she got to me she crouched down in front of me and her eyes went wide and she gasped seeing the blood on the ground and my face, "Jude what happened" she rushed out holding both sides of my cheeks, "I fell and my tooth came out" I said between my sobbing, "let me see" mom said worriedly and lifted my top lip seeing I was missing one of my front teeth. "Come here" mom said standing up and lifting me in her arms I wrapped my arms around her neck "its all Meredith's fault" I said in anger well crying.

"I don't think she meant to make you fall sweetie" mom said well rubbing my back well walking to the bathroom, she seat me down on the closed toilet seat "she was mean I didn't mean to rip a knot out well I was petting her" I said pouting, mom put water on a wash cloth and started wiping the blood off my lips gently "so that's why she chased you" mom said well concentrating on wiping my face without hurting me, a bruise was already forming, "yeah" I said, mom finished wiping may face and brought me in front of the sink to wash my hands and rinse the blood out of my mouth.

When I was done I opened my mouth and saw the hole where my tooth used to be, mom put her hands on my shoulder "well at least the tooth fairy will come" she said trying to lighten up my mood, it helped a little at least the tooth fairy would come and would give me money in exchange for my tooth, "come on lets go change your pyjamas" mom said, we walked to my room and she asked which pyjamas I wanted to wear, "the dinosaur ones" I said and she helped me change into them and put my old ones in the laundry to wash the blood off.

After we went down stairs and I didn't see Meredith anywhere, "go sit Im gonna get you some ice cream to help the pain and because your very strong for handing that little warrior" mom said with a smile then ruffled my hair and left to go the kitchen, I sat down and took the remote and put on naruto again, mom came back with mint chocolate chip ice cream in a bowl my favourite and she had some to for herself, she sat down next to me and snuggled with me, when I was done my ice cream I saw Meredith coming, I narrowed my eyes at her but she didn't care she jumped on the couch and started rubbing against my arm, "no im mad at you Meredith" I said but she continued rubbing against me and even licked my hand, "aww Jude I think Meredith's sorry shes giving you little kisses" mom said looking at the scene with heart eyes.

I was still stubborn and mom must have noticed "come on JuJu Im sure you didn't mean to hurt Meredith and im sure she did not want you to fall when she was chasing you shes saying sorry" mom said encouraging me to forgive Meredith, I looked at Meredith and saw what looked like a pleading face, as much as a cats pleading face can be seen and my heart softened she didn't mean to make me fall so I picked her up and put her on my lap.

"ok Meredith I forgive you" I said laying my hand on her back well she snuggled into me , I might have lost my tooth painfully but at least the tooth fairy will come I thought well we continued to watch Naruto.
