It was all Sebastians fault. He was the reason Chase has you pinned to the control center in the middle of the main entrance at the island.

You looked over at him scowling "chase stop it he's just being friendly" you whispered in his ear

That was two weeks ago and ever since then it seemed like he was the one showing you all around the island and making you laugh at all his jokes.

Everyone at the academy could see it from a mile away. Chases scowls, his scoffs, and every time he tried to drag you away from him saying he needed you for "important business" but eveytime you would jerk your hand away saying "chase stop it! Sabastion isn't don't telling me the story about the time -"

Deep down it was all insecurity. Ever since high school chase has been the "nerd" and the "geek" he never wanted you to look at him in that light or think he wasn't good enough for you. Because that's the way he always thought.

So when there was a time when you and chase were alone and he was still upset and you had asked him what was the matter he had bulrt out. "Oh I don't know why don't you ask your boyfriend?!"
"Chase you're my boyfriend!"

You and him argued for a little bit before it happened.
