Minjeong, a girl who had short brown hair, was starting her first day of university. The sky was blue, the clouds were white, and the sun shone brightly through the windows of the empty room as Minjeong walked into the room. A lovely first day for Minjeong.

'I like walking into an empty lecture room and taking a seat in the front row."'Minjeong spotted a designated spot for her in the room. The first row, the first desk to the door, and the second seat of it. 'On the first day of class. I saved the seat again!'

Minjeong went to go take her seat and unpack her notebook and pencil case while she waited for everybody else. Being bored, she decided to doodle random things and time went by with the class filling up.

Minjeong kept doodling until she heard the door being shuffled open and brought her head up.

"Hello, everybody. Welcome to Psychology of Sex and Love. It's nice to meet you. Loving and being Loved. It plays a big part in our lives. And we need love to be happy.

But what else must be done first to love? A person to love? Romantic mood to fall in love?

No. To love, you need to be ready first by knowing who you are."

As the professor was talking, Minjeong felt a presence entering the class to their class. She looked behind her and it was a girl.

She was pretty.

She had long black hair which had Korean bangs. She was wearing baggy jeans with a cropped shirt and a cropped jacket to finish it.

"In this class, we're going to have various perspectives on love, sex, romance, and marriage."

Minjeong saw her taking a seat at her desk and putting her bag down. She was looking around and noticed Minjeong staring. They shared eye contact for about five seconds when Minjeong decided to look away and look at the professor.

"And you know about the assignments, right? You and your partner will make one group and be a temporary couple. Let's find a partner today.

After writing down your gender identity and gender orientation on this slip of paper I'm going to hand out, put it in this pot. Two of your notes will be drawn each time to make a group of two partners. So, shall we begin?"

The teacher handed Minjenog a paper with four boxes and a number one. 'I guess I'm number one?' She thought.

"You and your partner could be a straight couple, but of course, you might also meet same gender partner or a partner with an undefined gender identity."

She wrote her name, Kim Minjeong, and gender, and 'I don't know' for the rest.

"Did everyone put their paper in this pot? Shall I start the draw now?"

"Number 19?" A girl to the left of Minjeong, second row raised their hand.

"Number 3?" A boy behind her raised their hand.

"Number 16?"

"Number 29?" She continued to call out numbers while Minjeong waited for hers to be called.

"Okay, This is the last number."

"Number 1?" Minejong immediately raised her hand knowing her number was next.

"Number 25?"

She started to look for the hand of the number 25 but could only see that no one raised their hand.

"Who is number 25?"

Minjeong noticed the girl from earlier had her head down.

"Number 25?" The professor called out again.
