Ch. 17 ANKLETS

[Taehyung's pov]

How can I even think that she can be greedy for power or something like that when she didn't even saw this world properly until her eighteenth birthday she never even saw other people's except her family members.

She is so pure and innocent just like a baby. She is really a baby, My Baby.

"So what say...Friends??" I said braking the hug and give my right hand for a hand sake to which she quickly accepted with a wide smile on her face while her cheeks and nose were pink due to crying.

After some time there was a knock on the door i went and opened it reveling jimin as i rolled my eyes at him.

"Why are you here in the early morning" i asked irritated

"I came here to meet princess yn" jimin said without being bothered by my irritated tone.

"She is sleeping she can't meet you" i said and was about to close the door when jimin pushed it opened.

"Why are you lying, I can already see here there" jimin said pointing towards the little princess who was trying to peek through my back from a little distance which obviously I didn't noticed before lying.

Taehyung accepted his defeat and backed a little giving space for jimin to come in and jimin proudly walked in with a eyes smile on his face. As he reach infront of her he bowed to her she also bowed to him making him socked.

"Why are you bowing me you shouldn't do that, you are princess" jimin said shockingly

"Ain't you prince too" she asked confusingly to which jimin shook his head "but you look like one your clothes are also like him" she added pointing towards taehyung making him jealous.

"Thank you your highness" jimin said again dramatically bowing to her making her giggling which sounded like music to taehyung's ears making him smile too.

"So let's me introduce myself...I'm jimin, taehyung's best friend" He said making the smile fade from the face of little girl.

"But I'm his best friend" she said looking at Taehyung with tensed expiration

"Ohho princess ok listen here....his my best friend and you are his best friend so technically we both are also friends aren't we??" Jimin made her understand as the smile of her face returned back with more happiness

"Yes!!" She said excitedly

"So friends...?" Jimin asked offering his hand for hand shake

Princess looked at Taehyung as he nodded making her smile go wider

"Friends" she accepted jimin's hand as she thought taehyung was saying the truth the she will have many friends here.

"Anyways...how your health now?" Jimin asked concerned

"Good" you said shortly making taehyung wonder how you didn't stuttered even once while talking to jimin. which made him feel a little jealous too.

"Ok then I'll take my leave, and yes...come downstairs for breakfast when you both are done" jimin said smirk at Taehyung making him greet his teeth and left not before winking at his friend.

[Yn's pov]

I came downstairs while holding taehyung's hand. We reached to dining table where jimin oppa, Queen and King was sitting waiting for us.

As they saw us they smiled. I bow to the king and queen as they nodded. I set beside queen as taehyung set beside me facing jimin oppa and king was sitting at front. Soon maids started to serve us.

"Did you sleep well princess" king asked normally

"Yes your majestry" I said politely

"You don't need to be formal princess just think us as your parents and call us mom and dad" queen said with a sweet smile making me smile too.

"Yes princess just use formalities when we are with someone outsider" king said

After the breakfast we came back to our room.

[Author's pov]

taehyung came to her and pulled something out from his pocket. Yn looked at it and her eyes sparkled it was two pairs of anklets, her favourite jewellery. One was very heavy and was looking manual and one was light but both was so beautiful and shiny.

"Choose which one you want" taehyung said while looking at her eyes like he was finding something on them.

Yn put her hand on one anklet which was heavy and again looked at Taehyung as he eyed her to choose she took the heavy one in her hand but eventually placed it when she noticed the light anklet.

"This one is best" she said smiling while looking at light anklet.

"But I like this one. why, don't you like this" taehyung said looking at heavy one.

"No no it...it's not like its not beautiful both anklets are very beautiful but--" she was cut by taehyung

"But what princess" taehyung said

"this one is too h...heavy if someone will wear it w..won't they will feel difficulties in walking" she reasoned

"Why someone else will wear this when it's only for you, it's my late grandmother's anklets my late grandfather had given this to her as their wedding gift " Taehyung said with a sad smile remembering his grandmother.

"But why are you giving this to me" She became confused

"Why, don't you like it?" Taehyung asked now he was being irritated

"N..no, I like it" yn said noticing the irritation on his face.

"Ok then...keep it" taehyung said making the little one to look at him in surprise.

"B..but I can't take this It...its your grandmother's anklet" she said

"Yes princess and now I'm giving it to you" he said after calming himself down.

"But why" she asked being curious

"Oh..you won't stop before knowing right..ok then listen" He said making the little girl already focused to know the reason.

he continued "when i was young, my grandmother used to loved me so much when I was eight years old my grandma passed away before that she gave her anklets to my mom and said to give this to my bride. That's why yesterday mom gave it to me to give to you." He explained her and she made an "o" face making taehyung smile.

"So from now it's yours" taehyung said trying to take her legs on his lap but she pulled her legs away making him look at her in confusion.

"W...what are y..you doing you are p..prince" yn said as don't want someone to touch her legs and too when it is himself the Prince of Daegu.

"And I'm your husband too shouldn't you obey your husband" He said making her nod like child "them put your legs here" He added while pointing at his lap which she did like a obedient kid making the prince chuckled.
