Killer awoke startled; hanging upsidedown from his good leg he couldn't help but yell in surprise. It takes him a few moments to realize Nightmare is his captor.

"Wakey wakey." Nightmare says sarcastically. He drops the panicked skeleton on the bed and waits for him to right himself. "Your chef has made a few...mistakes, so now I have to feed you." Nightmare explains, offering Killer his meal.

"Thanks Boss, how KIND of you." Killer says with a wink, taking the bowl and spoon. Killer looks at his food and shrugs 'least it's not hotdogs again.'

Nightmare rolls his eye at his underling's antics. "This is the only and last time, you seem to be well enough to not be cooped up in your room tomorrow."

Killer swallows his food before feigning surprise, "Oh! You've noticed! Yeah, I've been taking a bit of a spa break, does great for your bones." Killer remarks, noticing Nightmares annoyed reaction. "Oh hey, you mind getting me a drink? I'm tired of using the bathroom faucet. I don't even have a cup."

Nightmare huffs as he moves towards the door. "Your pushing it Killer." He replies angrily before leaving, closing the door behind him.

Killer quickly finishes his meal. That way his boss won't have to wait for him to Finnish to take the bowl back. The food wasn't too bad, pretty sweet. 'Should probably work on the wounds through my back and ribs now huh?' Killer thinks, ready to not be in pain.

Just like before, he focuses on the points of impact, using his hand to push his magic into them. Killer can't help but sigh as the pain in his ribs and back subsides. 'much better.'

'Hopefully Nightmare brings something with some magic in it.' Killer thinks to himself, not ready to go back to sleep after his last attempt. He jumps as Nightmare opens the door suddenly.

"Here." Nightmare states, holding out a cup. Killer reaches out and takes it. It's milk. After seeing what the cup contains, he wastes no time in chugging it down. When he looks up he notices Nightmare's look of disgust.

"Heh, been wanting something different. Thanks Boss." Killer tries to explain as he wipes his face on his sleeve. Nightmare runs his hands down his face with a sigh. "So, what did Horror do?" Killer asks, working to change the subject. Sure it's Nightmare, but he has been alone for a while. Maybe he's just a bit desperate for attention.

"That is not of your concern." Nightmare says to brush him off.

"Well since I'm stuck in here I've got no one to keep me updated on the 'Castle News'." Killer explains, hoping to persuade him even if it's just to give him a hint of information. He hops off his bed, obviously much better than before, "It's not like personal info is kept very secret here anyways."

"It's the concept of you not listening to me and thinking you can change my mind." Nightmare states as he takes a few steps closer to where Killer resides. "You aren't questioning my leader ship, are you?"

"Of course not Boss, just trying to make conversation." Killer replies shrugging calmly. "HERE! I've got an idea, if you're down for it of course."

"I'll play along with your child like games for a moment. What is the idea you propose." Nightmare asks taking a step back to let Killer speak.

Killer walks over to his bedside table and grabs a box. He winks at his boss before dumping it out on the bed. "Pick a knife, any knife. Choose wisely of course." He chimes, stepping back to lay room for Nightmare.

Sceptically Nightmare approaches the pile. Looking through them for a moment, he grabs his choice and steps back. He looks to Killer who then steps in for his turn, swiping the knife he desires immediately.

"Okay, now we will play a game of luck and skill." Killer starts as he walks to close his closet door. Screwed into the door is a wooden chopping board. "We are going to compare accuracy, but be aware, don't break the tip of the knife."

Killer flips his knife in his hand as he leans on the wall. "You go first, 10 throws, just gotta hit the board and make it stick." Making sure he is out of the line of fire, he motions for Nightmare to start.

Nightmare glares at the board. Not understanding the whole point of this *game*. Nightmare hits 4 of his throws in a row, but then they all end up missing. Aggravated, Nightmare steps back and let's Killer take his place. Killer let's a smile creep onto his face and he takes aim. Killer manages to hit them all.

Though angry, Nightmare isn't surprised, it's the only thing the stupid skeleton does in his free time; he just plays with knifes. Nightmare goes to grab the dishes from Killer, frustrated with his defeat and wanting to continue his book.

As he gets to the door, Killer's voice stops him, "Now Boss, wait one more moment please." Killer says as he moves to sit on his bed once again. Nightmare turns around and glares at Killer.

"What do you want now? I've already humored your ideas enough." Nightmare practically hisses.

"Just go pick up your knife. Tell me, did you break the tip?" Killer says as he starts to sharpen the knife he had just dulled. Working with care to make sure it's back to its best.

Nightmare uses one of his extra appendages to reach over and grab the knife. He brings the knife up to his face to inspect it. Before he can think, Killer answers for him. "You did, didn't you? It explains why the rest didn't stick." Nightmare turns to leave again, dropping the knife back on the floor.

"Take it with you, and think about it. How does one not break the tip on that solid oak board?" Killer stops him once again. Nightmare grabs the knife and picks it up one more time. He looks at it for a moment before putting it in his pocket and leaving. Softly closing the door behind him he wonders-

'Why didn't I just say no to him?'
