Tw: Obv Profanities, blood mentions, corpses.
ALL I COULD SEE WAS RED, and all red could see was me.
As there was no other living organisms in the premises. Dead bodies could be seen strewn everywhere.
It all happeneded so fast, whenever you try to think about what happened, all that came to mind was blurry images. As if you shouldn't be seeing them.
Where even are you currently? You don't remember any of this. You don't recognize the environment around you, you're pretty sure the clothes you're wearing don't belong to you either.
The body you're in was currently running through various hallways you can't recognize. You can faintly hear the wailing of people crying in agony as they were mercilessly slaughtered in the back of your mind.
You reach a designated room, but for what reason? You couldn't decipher why.
You immediately opened the door, only for you to see a male wearing a magenta kimono laying on the floor.
The kimono was drenched with blood, the wound being punctured through the stomach.
You look up to the face of the anonymous person, and yet it's blurred out. You could feel tears stain your face as they pattered against the floor.
You obviously don't know who the person is, but the body you're residing in did. You could feel dread pool in your stomach.
Oh god, you think you need to puke.
You covered your mouth, your hands being unhumanly cold. You look to the side as you're full on sobbing.
You find a shattered mirror. The person residing on the reflection belonged to-

[Name] jolted upwards, the blankets around him getting messed up in the process.
Sweet dripped down his face, breathing heavily, he clenched the blanket near him.
It takes a few minutes before he finally calms down, now questioning why he panicked in the first place.
He can't remember what he dreamed about, surely it wasn't that bad if he forgot about it already.
He looked up to the clock on the wall, seeing that it's currently 5:47 am. Meaning school started in approximately 43 minutes.
He could smell food from outside his room, he shifted to the side of the bed, his legs dangling off the side until he placed his feet on the cold floor. He lifted himself off his bed, walking over to his bedroom door, opening it. He's greeted with an empty hallway, since it's still a bit early.
He followed the scent of food, arriving in a kitchen. He saw a male wearing the school uniform, his brown hair braided, styled into a ponytail.
The male immediately noticed him, only sparing him a glance before continuing his task. Which was cooking breakfast.
"..What are you making?"
"Tandoori Chicken."
The male immediately replied, before wrapping up what he was doing. He placed the food on two (2) plates, carrying them as he passed you.
You called out to him.
"What's your name?"
It took a few seconds for him to reply to you.
"Jamil, Jamil Viper."
He continued walking away as you stayed there. You realized you probably look like a fool. You made haste and walked back to your room, changing in to the school uniform.
When you came back out, multiple students were walking down the hallway. You noticed Takeya in the crowd, talking to other students around him.
You furrowed your eyebrows, ultimately deciding not to bother and pester him. After all, you guys only met briefly yesterday. It would be awkward if you decided to act all buddy buddy with him out of the blue.
Why was socializing so hard? You don't understand how others do it.
Humans are confusing.
----
You walked out of Scarabias mirror, hand in you pocket, the other hanging by your side.
You flitted to the cafeteria for breakfast, needing to make sure it's not crowded.
You reached your destination, there wasn't that many students. Probably around only 21 kids eated at tables or standing in line for breakfast.
Just as you were about to grab your tray, someone jumped on you from behind. Hugging you as their arms laid on your waist.
[Name] stiffens a bit, turning his head a little to see who his assaulter is, looking up a little, only to see Mizuki smiling contently at him.
"Good morning [Name]! What a refreshing morning it is today, right?"
A few students looked at both of you before looking away. You swore you saw one of them have a look of disgust.
"Mizuki, please warn me before you sneak up on me. I almost had a heart attack.."
They chuckled a bit, a mischievous smile taking form on their face.
"It's called sneaking up for a reason, but fineee.."
He drawed out the last word a little, before finally letting you go. He stands next to you as you grab a tray, following your actions right after.
Soon enough, both of your trays have food on them. Mizuki grabs the hem of your sleeve, leading you to an empty table.
You both sit across eachother, silently eating breakfast.
"So.. made any more friends other than me, Mizuki?"
You tried to make some small talk, you can't stand awkward silence for that long.
Mizuki's eyes widened by a fraction before a strained smile was on his face. His eyes were furrowed as he replied.
"Ah.. I couldn't really find the time to socialize with others. I had to unpack all my stuff in my dorm so.."
You could see his hand clenching on the fork, his knuckles turning white.
You decided to just brush it off. You both spent the last hour chatting in the cafeteria, breakfast long finished.
Can't wait for classes to start!
....Not.
