The ground split apart as the arrow was passing through

She laughed arrogantly
His fist collided with the arrow, there was a clash of power, crimson against yellow
Issei's power began to overwhelm Artemis own and the Divine power couldn't handle it and shattered the arrow

He turned into a crimson light and appeared infront of Artemis and was about to punch her in the face but was sent flying by a dashing light
