Two hours late, Mamoru arrived at the clinic's parking lot. Bunny had struggled to fix her hair again. She still felt an indescribable euphoria within her. Mamoru took her hand and led her to the entrance. From a distance, he was already greeted by a colleague. The young blonde man approached them directly and shook hands with Mamoru.

"Oh, Dr. Chiba finally showed up. I thought you had taken an extra shift." Mamoru laughed. "Yes, that was my plan, but no one wanted to switch. Let me introduce you to my girlfriend. This is Bunny, Bunny, meet Takeru, we work together." Bunny nodded at the man. Mamoru continued to chat with him, but Bunny only understood half of what the men were talking about. She stayed by Mamoru's side, patiently waiting until Takeru said his goodbyes. This whole day felt like a dream to Bunny. Mamoru looked at her and handed her a black mask with silver embellishments that matched her dress perfectly. When they entered the grand hall, the band had just finished their break.

"May I have the first dance?" Mamoru asked her, still wearing a cheeky grin on his lips. "Yes, gladly."

Mamoru led Bunny to the dance floor, placing his arm around her hip. But then Bunny froze suddenly. The melody being played was exactly the one that had accompanied her in her sleep for days. She looked up and gazed at the stage, but they were still too far away to see clearly. Mamoru started moving to the music, taking the lead. They glided over the dance floor, and Bunny felt like a princess. Slowly, they approached the stage. Then Bunny was startled. Seiya. He stood on the stage to the left, and his brothers were on either side of him. He was singing to that melody.

Seiya went back on stage with his brothers after the break. Only one more hour, and he could finally go home. Yaten started playing the opening notes of "Search for Your Love" when he suddenly hesitated. This couldn't be real. He couldn't believe his eyes as he followed the blonde beauty, who had just reached the dance floor. He almost missed his cue. It couldn't be true. Even though she wore a mask, he recognized her immediately. She was radiating in the arms of another man, the one who had made some kind of confession to her yesterday, the one who was there for her when he was in America. That guy she had kissed yesterday.

Bunny tried not to show anything. This perfect evening belonged to her and Mamoru, and Seiya wasn't going to ruin it. When the dance ended, Mamoru handed her a champagne glass, and they engaged in small talk with many people. Mamoru introduced Bunny to everyone, but she couldn't remember even half of their names, and the topics of conversation were often related to medicine. Bunny held Mamoru's hand, but she couldn't contribute much to the conversations. It was much more boring and tiring than she had expected.

"Mamoru, I'm going to step outside for a moment; I'll be right back," she said and kissed him on the cheek. "Alright, we can leave soon. The band seems to be packing up already. Too bad we only had one dance," he replied. "Yes, but at least we managed to have one," she said.

Bunny chose the side exit that led to the clinic's park. She walked a few meters and sat down on a bench by the path. A cool evening breeze was blowing. Bunny looked down at the small pebbles and smiled, reminiscing about Mamoru's tender touches. Then, she noticed two shoes in her field of view.

"Has anyone told you today how stunning you look?" Seiya's voice echoed to her. Bunny had to swallow. There he was again. She hesitantly raised her head.

"What are you doing here?"

"I had a performance, and you?"

"Mamoru invited me. He works here at the clinic."

Seiya sat down next to her and pushed her mask up. "And where is he now?" he whispered, brushing a strand of hair away from her face. Bunny's body tingled under his touch. "He's still inside, talking to his colleagues. I just wanted some fresh air." Then she stood up. "I'm done now."
