It was already around half past eight when Yoongi was riding the elevator up to his sister's penthouse, holding an iced coffee and another magic muffin in his hands. He had spent over two hours at the café looking through the books as well as chatting with the Kim siblings. Both of them were, to put it lightly a bit quirky, but extremely warm and friendly and definitely very entertaining. Either while bickering, as most siblings do, or while telling absolutely ridiculous stories about their childhood, like the time when Jisoo convinced Seokjin to kiss a frog promising it would turn into a princess.
During his stay, Yoongi also noticed a lot more nice details about the design of the café. What he should have noticed from the beginning was that all the books were colour-coordinated, essentially forming a big book rainbow. Considering that there were a couple of hundred of them on the wall, organizing them must have been work for days, so Yoongi had made sure to put every book he took out back at its' exact spot. He also realized that every cup and every plate looked different from each other, none of them matched and every full hour, the big clock above the counter would join the soft piano music that was playing in the background for a few tunes. The place really deserved its name. It was pure magic.

"Hello, I'm back." Yoongi announced himself when he stepped through the elevator door, right into Jennie's apartment. "Where have you been?" his sister greeted him, coming down the stairs. Yoongi could have heard the suspiciousness in her voice three miles against the wind, but chose to ignore it. "I was at a café near Mr Kim's office." he answered. Jennie obviously knew who Mr Kim was, though she had originally tried to get Yoongi to go to a more established therapist. She ultimately agreed when her brother chose Namjoon. "You were at a café for almost three hours?" Jennie questioned while finally entering the first floor. She was drying her long chocolate-brown hair with a fluffy towel and was dressed in her huge white bathrobe, which she may or may not have stolen from a very expensive hotel. "Yeah, I met some cool people there." Yoongi responded. "Good people?" he knew what that meant, non-drug-addict-people. "Yes. Good people." he reassured her. "Well, that's nice, and how was the therapy?" Jennie kept quizzing her brother. "It was alright, I got some homework." "I hope I'm not paying all that money just for alright." Jennie's voice had taken on a stern tone, as it often did. "Relax, it was the first appointment." Yoongi tried to calm her, placing the food he brought on the white marble kitchen counter. He still hadn't gotten used to the luxury in which his sister lived. She owned a two floored penthouse in a nice part of the city. On the lower floor, the living room and an open kitchen formed a huge room together, and on the upper floor was a nice bathroom and their two bedrooms. Originally Yoongi's room had been the guest room, but Jennie offered him to stay there, saying she didn't like having guests over anyway, which obviously was a big lie but Yoongi was just happy to have a proper roof over his had. If it was on him, he would have slept in the bathtub and been grateful for it.
"Relax? Maybe you can, but I have responsibilities, my newest standing right in front of me." Jennie explained while placing herself on the other side of the counter. "It's not like you have to take care of me, I'm not a child." Yoongi felt anger building up in himself. He knew Jennie had a point, but there was no reason for her to rub it in his face. "No, a child, maybe not, more like a stray cat, with all that fur on your head. How long do you want your hair to grow until you look like a metalhead?" Yoongi could feel a wave of embarrassment go through him. His hair hadn't even reached his shoulder, and why would she have to attack him like that? He knew the answer. Maybe that was hurting him even more. On top of that, Jennie wasn't done: "And you should put on some proper clothes, you look like a homeless person, and not in the fashionable way. Also, just an idea, maybe finally look for a job." Jennie slid her laptop across the counter. Now, her eyes fell on the food and drink that Yoongi brought. "You went to the café for two hours just to get takeaway?" she asked with the same suspicious tone that Yoongi hated so much. "No, I ate there, this I got for you." he said with a bitter voice. Though all that bitterness vanished once he saw the emotions that went over his sister's face. Luckily, he knew her in and out, to the point he could read every single thought off her face. Considering he knew her, her whole life, it should have come as no surprise, but Jennie was a complicated human being, just like him. So when he saw first regret, then sadness wash over her, he couldn't stay mad. However, those emotions only lasted a brief moment, and then Jennie returned to her old stern self. "You know I don't eat carbs." she snapped at him, snatching the iced coffee off the counter. "But you should have it. You look like you could need it. Don't think I can't tell how skinny you are under those...rugs." his sister scanned Yoongi up and down with her eyes before stomping up the stairs again. Once she was gone, Yoongi sighed in defeat. Jennie was a tough person, so her love was the same, and he hadn't exactly made her life easy, nor been the typical big older brother she had wished for growing up. He knew that. Nonetheless, sometimes it was all simply very overwhelming.
