Yeah, it's Auntie Kris. I hope you're doing alright in there. It's been two months. Please, if you can, wake up. I know it was hard for you to deal with everything lately. I want you to know, your Auntie is always here for you.

So where were we? Ah yes, July 13th, 2002.

I woke up that morning with Chizuru as we had a sleepover. Well, we did more than sleep but that's nothing you need to know.

I kissed her and got dressed. She had got permission to move in with us, much to our surprise. I think they just wanted to get her out of the house.

I went out to the living room, where Tobi was sitting taking care of Senna's ribbon. Every day he followed the same routine.

From the moment he wakes up till 9 in the morning he takes care of the ribbon. Then he takes a thirty-minute shower. At 10 he does the dishes and the laundry. From 12 to 6 he works either at his job at the local grocery store or as a shinigami.

On schooldays, he heads to the school and besides the basic curriculum, he takes writing classes so that he can write an autobiography about our experiences. So that we'll never lose who we were again. Admittedly, back then we barely knew who we were, even after a year of self-exploration.

The closest thing we had to a clue, was where we came from.

I handed Tobi a sandwich because I knew he wouldn't eat if I didn't make him food. He always goes on about protecting me, but the boy can barely take care of himself.

Tobi: Oh, thanks.

"He'd be lost without me, and he needs to realize that soon because I am getting tired of all this. At least he does the dishes. We don't have a guest room, Tobi. You're crashing on our couch. Get your shit together and get an apartment on this floor. Or even better, pitch in for an apartment that can actually house all three of us."

Tobi: Y'know, Kris. I still miss her.

"That's obvious, you poor creature."

Tobi: Someday, I hope I find her again. If her memories returned to their sources, then her memories would be with the real Senna, right?

Kris: Probably.

Tobi: I wonder if she'll still love me...

"Oh, you poor sweet man. Move on already."

Suddenly, Kaguya walked through the front door.

Kaguya: YOU HAVE AN APARTMENT!?!

Tobi: Oh, you found out.

Kaguya: WHY DO YOU HAVE AN APARTMENT!?!

Tobi: Kris figured it would be best to have a sort of base while we're here.

Kaguya: You have a base! Our home, you defective nitwits!

Tobi: Where did you think we had been staying for the past year?

Kaguya: You don't want me to answer that.

Chizuru watched from behind the door.

Kaguya: What's with that ribbon?

Tobi: It belonged to a friend, a friend who is long gone.

Kaguya: Emotional attachments? I thought I programmed you better than that. You are loyal to me, and only me, got that?

Tobi: Yes, Father...

Kaguya: Throw that ribbon away at once.

Tobi's eyes turned ablaze, metaphorically. He started to laugh, it was kind of creepy. Something about it didn't rub me right.
