And that's when you let the barbell fall along with your lower body.
You just finished your last set of hip thrusts and you pushed yourself to failure.
Leg day was definitely your favorite, especially when you were with your boyfriend because he would always give you gym princess treatment.
"That was so good!" Changbin cheered you as he lifted the bar up and then he started taking the plates off and putting them back in place.
"Your thick ass motivated me" you teased him earning a side eye from him before you both laughed.
You stood up and patted his head before you went to the leg press.
Meanwhile Changbin continued with his next chest exercise.
Usually he'd ask you to spot him but when you checked you noticed another girl doing it instead.
He was doing chest press and that girl was literally all over him to spot him.
You just went on with your exercise until your last set when you noticed Changbin walking towards you.
"babe"
"hold on"
"oh...woooowww! 80lbs on each leg??" Changbin said trying to cheer you up but you were too annoyed so you focused on the press.
You managed to do 13 for each leg before you got off the press.
Changbin gave you his hand for a high five which you did but not with much pleasure.
You just felt like you needed everyone to disappear.
Including Changbin.
"I'm wrapping up here for today"
"so early??"
"I did my basic exercises I don't feel like working out more" you said walking past him and to the changing rooms.
Changbin followed after you but he waited outside since it was the women's changing room.
"Y/N come here for a second" you heard his soft voice.
You sighed before you drunk a few sips of water and then you walked out of the room to find a sulky Changbin waiting for you.
"what is it?"
"why are you leaving so suddenly? You didn't even do cardio yet. Are you not feeling well?"
"I'm just not in the mood to continue working out. I'm tired. I wanna go home, okay?" you replied, rolling your eyes as you went back inside to gather your things.
After fixing your hair and taking all your stuff you walked down the stairs in order to leave.
But right before stepping outside, you noticed Changbin spotting the girl from before.
You felt so fed up that you needed to leave that place asap.
But not now cause Changbin signaled for you to wait.
You tried your best not to breakdown because of how furious you actually felt.
Taking a few deep breathes before he came, you calmed down just a tiny bit.
You soon felt a hand on your waist and looked up to see Changbin.
"Sorry I was waiting for Mia to finish her set-"
"Mia? Wow nice name. Nice ass too. I'd want to spot her too"
"yahh why would I look at that? Your ass is the finest"
"shut up. Drink some water" you said passing him your bottle.
Changbin gave you an exhausted smile before he chugged the rest of your water.
"do you wanna wait a few minutes until I'm done? I'll give you a ride"
"no I'm good walking home...cardio"
And without a single smile or kiss or anything you just walked past him.

You rushed straight to your house, showered and changed into a hoodie of your boyfriend's.
Changbin stayed over at your place pretty often so he'd left a few of his clothes there.
And ofc you stole them.
They're just so big and comfy, you couldn't help it.
You made yourself some eggs with bread and a salad and digged in while checking your notifications.
You saw a few texts from Changbin but you didn't bother replying.

Changbin: babe I'm off too now
Changbin: did you get home safely?
Changbin: don't skip dinner again😤
Changbin: Y/N??
Changbin: yahhh where are you😭
Changbin: please say something I'm getting worried

You just turned your phone off and continued about your dinner.
That girl kept coming to your mind.
She was tall and pretty and she even had a nice bum.
You couldn't help but feel insecure.
You sank in your own thoughts for a good while, until you heard the doorbell ring.
Soon enough there was banging too.
You headed to the door and checked from the eye thingy to see your anxious looking boyfriend.
You sighed before opening the door and he literally jumped you, giving you the biggest hug.
But you were fast to break it.
Pushing him away and slipping out of his grip you earned a questioning look from him.
"why did you come here?? Jeez"
"cause you weren't replying for hours! I thought something happened to ya"
"I can't have some time for myself??"
"Of course you can but at least let me know. I was worried sick"
"okay I'm good now go home"
"what?"
"I said what I said"
"babe no. Tell me what's gotten into you today and then I'll consider leaving" you let out another deep sigh before you let him get inside and you then shut the door.
You both sat down on the couch and he kept looking at you while you kept looking at your fingers that you were playing with.
"what's on your little mind?"
"nothing"
"there is something that's bothering you, clearly"
"fine there is! It's a she! It's that Mia bitch...why didn't you ask me to spot you and you let her do it instead??"
"huh?"
"I'm always the one spotting you! Why did you find her better than me??" you sulked but also had a frown on your face.
Changbin was so confused at first before he started catching up to the conversation.
He chuckled and took your hands in his, stopping you from playing with your fingers.
"I just didn't wanna interrupt your sets babe, come on, is this why you've been acting like this??"
"hell yeah it is! If only you saw how much you two fit each other.." you said yanking his hands away and crossing your arms.
Changbin literally started laughing which annoyed you even more.
"don't be ridiculous now...I only look good with you. No one else. Stop this nonsense please. I won't ask for another spotter again, fine?"
"promise???"
"promise"
He said finally earning a smile from you before you jumped on him giving him a big and tight hug.
"Don't stop your workout because of me again! You need to stay focused!"
"yahh don't lecture me right now"
"sorry sorry...shall we watch Netflix?"
