Finding out & Running away

Jessica's POV

The tour has been delayed until June because it's summer holiday then and I'm not really ready yet. Do that means we still have 2 months. As I walk into the living room I hear my dad talking to his girlfriend so I hide behind the door, where I can hear them clearly.
"Why do I have to have that girl in my house. She's not even my daughter! I wish someone told her that her real dad was - " I walk into the living room.
"My real dad is who?" They look at me and I wait for my answer.
"Jessica! We ermm..." my so called dad says.
"Why didn't you tell me??" Tears start to form in my eyes.
"Look, Jessica, your mum is schizophrenic. She wanted to kill you, your dad, me, she wanted to kill everybody, a-"
"Who is my dad?!" I almost shout, by now I'm crying like crazy. I grew up with 2 strangers. "We can't tell you."
"Why??"
"Because we don't know. You're mum doesn't tell anyone." I grab my phone and run out of the house. I text Ryan to meet me and he shows up in seconds.
"What happened??" I cry harder and curl up on his lap, he wraps his arms round me and we stay in that position for a couple minutes before I'm ready to talk.
"He's not my dad." I say sitting up.
"What? Who is your dad then?"
"No one knows! Well, except for my mum. But I'm not gonna speak to her!"
"Well find out."
"How?" That's when Ross comes towards us. When he sees me crying he starts running towards us.
"What happened?" He asks and I take a deep breath.
"Nothing, I'm fine."
"If you don't want to talk it's fine. We have rehearsals now, do you wanna come?" I stand up and so does Ryan.
"Yeah, just give me 5 minutes, I'll meet you guys there." Be nods and jogs back. I wipe my face and use my camera as a mirror. I take a deep breath and say bye to Ryan.
When I get to the Lynch's basement everyone stands up from the couch.
"Okay, lets start." Riker says and they get in they're positions. Good, I think that Ross didn't tell anyone.
When they finish singing Lets Bot Be Alone Tonight and All Night, it's my turn.

"That. Was. Amaziiinnnngggg!!!" Del says and I smile. I wasn't sure about that song. "Did you write it? "
"Yeah." Everyone starts talking all at once and I just pretend that I can understand what they're all saying to me.

After rehearsals, Rocky and I are in his room playing video games.
"Why were you crying?" He asks me and I freeze, I do that a lot.
"Did Ross tell you?" I look over at him and he pauses the game.
"No, I saw you. I was walking past."
"Oh."
"You don't need to tell me."
"My 'dad' isn't my dad after all."
"What do you mean?"
"I mean, the guy I grew up with, isn't my dad. And I don't know who is." He hugs me tight and I lay on his lap.

I stay foe dinner and when we finish, my 'dad' calls me.
(D- Dad J- Jessica)
D- Where are you, Jessica?! Your mum's on her way!
J- I'm not going there!
D- She will kill me if she knows that I'm not your dad!
J-She won't know! Just tell her that I'm sleeping at a friend's house!
D-Fine, bye.
I hang up and go back to the living room.
"Do you guys mind if I stay tonight?"I ask they just ignore me, wow, thanks. Rocky pulls me so I sit beside him. "Where's Delly?" I ask.
"She's going on a roundtrip with Ell." Riker says.
"What? I'll be the only girl!"
"Don't worry, you have Savannah. But not tonight or tomorrow 'cause they have shows." V
"Uggghhhhh!"
"You can sleep in Dell's room." Ry says and I run to Stormie. I ask her and she says yes. I go back to the living room and sit on Rocky's lap. He puts his arms around me so he's holding the controller thingy in front of me. I sigh and go on my phone. When they finish their game thing we watch 'The Call' it's the best movie ever! Ross screams like a little girl which is hilarious but I've got to admit, I got really scared too! At midnight, Rocky, Ross and I were the only ones in the living room.
"I'm gonna sleep." I say and go up to Delly's room. I get changed into some if her clothes, she won't mind. I get in my bed and go on Twitter.

I wake up at 8 with Rydel's alarm. She must've forgotten to turn it off. We have rehearsals in any our anyway so I guess it was helpful. I get changed into black high waisted shorts and a black lacy crop top. I walk downstairs and don't find anyone there so I go down to the basement and find Rocky there.
"Where is everyone?" I say and he stays quiet. My mum starts walking in. Oh no.
"Its good to see you again!" She says and starts getting closer. I flinch and Rocky stands up.
"Leave her alone!" Rocky shouts and my mum turns to him. I signal for gin to stop.
"What did you say?" She snaps and my heart starts racing. I see that she left the garage door open so I signal to Rocky for him to run. I count to 5 on my fingers and we run. He grabs my hand as soon as were out of the street but we keep running 'cause we can still hear her.
"GET BACK HERE!!" we hear her shout and we keep running until wet get to Ryan's house.
"I don't wanna come here." I tell Rocky so we go to Get Shaved.
"I am so sorry that she did that to you." I say to him.
"Its fine."
"No, seriously! And you didn't need to stand up for me! She could've killed you!"
"She wouldn't have done that."
"She's schizophrenic. She will both ings without even thinking about it." He puts his hand on my thigh and looks at my lips and back at my eyes. We both start leaning in and before I know it, were kissing. We keep it going for a couple seconds before pulling back.

Right now it's 12 and we're pretty sure that my mum's gone. We walk back to the basement and we find a note on the couch.

Watch your back. Its not over yet. I'm always watching.

I put the note down, Rocky and I get in his car and drive to God knows where.
