Sae unfortunately ended up leaving without seeing her again, why was he so stuck on someone he just met? Literally not even a full 15 minutes ago.
Was it because she'd been the only person he'd ever really talked to? Or was it the fact she knew nothing about him, but his "name", was that what it felt like to just be a stranger? Maybe he just thought she was cute.

Hm.

Eventually that thought passed and he'd had to get back to his hotel, it was getting a little late and his little detour around the city would have to be put on hold for another day, although next time he'd had an idea where he'd stop by whenever he decided to take a walk.

He'd ended up making his way back to his hotel, giving a sigh he'd felt like he'd been holding in for god knows how long. Deciding to take a shower and relax a bit, thoroughly going through his schedule and all the bullshit he had to do regarding soccer and meetings.

Honestly the shit was tiering, not to mention having to make sure the ACTUAL Rin was keeping up. He'd been a little harsh toward him but it was only because he wanted to make sure he was doing well and progressing.

He decided to push that for another time and get some sleep, he had a long morning of questioning and meetings about this whole new "BLUELOCK" situation.

He'd gotten comfortable, or as comfortable as a hotel bed and cover gets and dozed off to sleep, pushing any worries away so he could sleep peacefully until it was time to get up and deal with it all over again.

.
.

Morning came and he had to get up, quickly getting ready and heading out into the car that awaited him, on his way to various meetings, all of it a total bore.

He'd hated all the meetings since it'd always been about the same shit, nothing new nothing important, just talking about the games and his schedule. He already knew, and about the new BLUELOCK project, nothing important.

.
.

After the meeting he hadn't been bothered to change and decided to head back to the bakery he had been at yesterday to just relax.

He walked in the small quiet establishment sitting in the seat he'd sat in before, this time taking a glance over the menu, deciding on a sweet tea and a sandwich that sounded like it'd be good, for time being, he hadn't stopped to eat. Too eager to get out of the meetings.

"Glad to see you here again, you got an order this time red head?"

A familiar voice said, he'd looked up at her, that same sweet smile placed on her lips, almost making him break his stoic expression, making him wanna smile.

"Yeah, I'd, actually like a sweet tea and this sandwich here."

He said pointing to the menu, she'd wrote it down on her notepad

"Alright will that be all for you?"

He gave a simple nod at her question, she shot him a small smile assuring him his food would be here soon, he'd sat there quietly on his phone debating what he should do to start a conversation. He wasn't much for small talk or talk at all so it'd been a little weird trying to actually hold a conversation with someone about anything other than soccer.

A few passed and eventually the waitress came back with his food, sitting it down and then deciding to take a seat at the table with him.

"So how's your time here newbie? Find any cool places?"

There seemed to be a new nickname everyday, usually that'd annoy him coming from anyone else and he'd roll his eyes, but he didn't mind it as much since it'd been coming from her.

"No, I've been too busy with other things to do anything at the moment, honestly the only place I've found amusing or not too overbearing was here"

He said flatly, giving a sigh grabbing his tea and taking a sip, hm it wasn't bad. Pretty enjoyable.

"Well if you have time sometime this week I could show you around, I have an off day or two."

He took thought to it, a chance to maybe talk to her a bit more? Didn't sound bad making a friend- she wasn't annoying or anything so he could deal.

"Yeah, that's fine actually"

She gave a smile at his response, pulling out her phone

"Could I get your number? If that's not too weird"

He nodded giving her his number, she excused herself to get back to work and he continued to eat and mindlessly scroll through his phone, until he finished up and decided to pay and head out.

Walking through the city until he found a nice park to sit at , just wanting to relax and recollect himself. It'd been a long day and he just wanted time to himself.

Well until his phone vibrated in his pocket, he gave a groan and reached in grabbing it, until he realized itd been the girl from the coffee shop.

??? : "hey this is the girl from the coffee shop, I probably shoulda texted you earlier but I was working so yk🥲"

Sae/ "rin" : "oh no it's okay."

He saved the contact and watched as the chat bubble popped up, waiting on her response.

Y/n : "Soooo do you have any ideal places you like going? It's easier Knowin what typa places you like, gives me an idea y'know"

....

Sae/"Rin" : " well I don't mind libraries, parks, anywhere not too crowded I guess."

..

Y/n : "you type funny, and alright, I take it you aren't a big people's person? I get that."

..

Sae/"Rin" : "I guess, and uh what's wrong with the way I type..?"

..

Y/n : "yiu type so maturely , it's kinda funny ngl , but anyways I'm off work wens- bro idk how to spell that but yeah, if that's okay we can go then."

...

Sae/"rin" : you* Wednesday* , and yeah. That's fine."

...

Y/n : "alright see you then redhead :)"

.
.
He hearted the message putting his phone down with a sigh... was there really something wrong with how he typed? Still stuck on that, he never knew he was a boring texter- then again it's not like he really talked to anyone anyways so it didn't matter.

He stayed at the park for a few just watching as countless people walked around and faint sounds of children yelling, taking a few to just relax and unwind, maybe he should make it a point to stay here a bit longer.
