Chapter 13 - I Can't...

Hearing those words come out of Ohyun's mouth, Jimin felt his world collapse. Jungkook really need to die just so Ohjung would completely go away? But why him? Why does Ohjung hate him so much to the point he needed to do all these shit? Why of all things, does it have to be his mate?

Jimin looked at Ohyun as tears starts to slowly fall down his cheeks, looking at Jungkook who looked back at him. The younger gave him an assuring smile, putting his hand on his cheek. But that didn't ease Jimin's heavy heart. He didn't want to. He can't. He can't do it.

Jimin just sobbed as he hugged Jungkook. He felt the younger's hand wrap around his torso, making him cry harder. Ohjung watches these all happening, which made him laugh.
"Aww, what a cute moment... Are you feeling helpless now, Jimin ah? You were so strong awhile ago? You even tried to kill me, why are you so weak now that you found out your mate will die once you kill me?" Ohjung says, smirking.

"Ohjung, just stop this already" Ohyun says as he glared at his son, who just shrugged and looked so proud of what he's doing. Ohyun stared at him with a frown, shaking his head. Jungkook pulls away from the hug, cupping Jimin's cheek and smiling at him as he wiped his tears.

"Let's rest for now, hyungie... You need it" Jungkook says as he kisses Jimin's forehead. Ohyun helped them up and the two thanked him before they walked out of the room.

Jungkook looked at Jimin, who stared at the ceiling and wasn't saying anything.
"Hey, honey" Jungkook says as he puts a hand on Jimin's back. Jimin looks at him and embraced him again. Jimin hugged him like he's going to disappear if he let go. Jungkook just smiled at him and hugged him back.

"Hyung... It'll be okay... I'll be okay... You need to do what you need to do..."
