I slipped through the shadows, heart pounding with adrenaline as I approached the heavily guarded facility. My mission was clear – steal the vital files before they fell into the wrong hands. Security was tight, but I was prepared. Using my lightning/electricity based alice, I disabled the electronic locks and crept inside undetected.

As I made my way through the maze-like corridors, I encountered a group of armed guards. Swiftly, I incapacitated them with a series of precise lightning strikes and a couple of judo moves. The element of surprise was my ally. Moving on, I reached the central chamber where the files were stored, guarded by the best security personnel money could buy which was a bunch of bogus if you ask me. If it were really that heavyily guarded, how was it that I, a ten year old able to make it this far.

Without hesitation, I leaped into action, expertly dodging bullets and countering their attacks with my Alice. My movements were fluid and calculated, taking down one opponent after another.I would occasionally make clones of myself or I'd boil the blood from the insides of my enemies bodies with my blood type Alice, though i'd rather not go into detail.However, their numbers were overwhelming, and I could feel fatigue setting in, which is to be expected honestly, I am using both my Alice's simultaneously.

Gritting my teeth, I mustered my remaining strength, using the environment to my advantage. I swung from pipes and leapt off walls, delivering powerful blows to my adversaries. Finally, after a fierce and exhausting battle, I emerged victorious, having retrieved the crucial files.

Breathing heavily, I slipped back into the shadows, mission accomplished. I made my way back to the car that was awaiting me outside,inside the car was the person who had ordered me to go through with this mission and as much as I'd like to refuse, I knew I didn't have the right to.

I silently got into the car, sitting in the back next to the person I despised yet feared the most,Rei Serio also known as Persona.

"You left no witnesses alive,yes?"Persona asked,making me tense. I may or may not have left a few of the guys alive but the injuries they've sustained would last for a lifetime seeing as how I fried some of their brains, literally. Sure they'd still be alive,but not sane most definitely.

"I see."Persona muttered, understanding my silence. Admittedly, I hoped he would let this slide just this once but alas it was all for naught when he handed me a very familiar mask .

It was a white kitsune mask, decorated in Sakura blossoms and only covered the top part of ones face whilst the mouth area remained open. Such a beautiful mask yet it causes immense pain.

"You'll wear this for three hours, I'm only being lenient because you've accomplished the mission unscathed, though I am disappointed that you've kept some of them alive."Persona stated, taking the mask out of my hand and tying it to my face. Immediately as the mask was attached to my face, I felt the expected shock I would have felt once the mask was put on and made no expression of pain, though I can already feel the impeding headache to come later.

"Once the three hours are up, come to me so that I can remove the mask, if I'm not found ask Narumi to remove it for you."Persona ordered, turning back to face the front whilst I who sat next to him,leaned my head against the window taking a short yet we'll needed nap until we reach the gates of the academy. As much as I feared him, I feared not being able to sleep even more.

When I came to, the car had already parked in front of the building my classes took place in. As I got out of the car, I was caught off guard when persona followed me in but I chose to be wise and said nothing of it.

I opened my class door,not bothering to knock only to sigh in annoyance when it was Jinno-sensei,"Problem child, is there any reason you've barged into my classroom near the end of my lesson."Jinno-sensei asked, tsking as he looked at me. I, on the other hand, said nothing, moving to the side revealing an equally quiet persona making Jinno-sensei pause, "I see, return to your seat and go to page 127 in your textbook."Jinno-sensei stated, pushing up his glasses. Persona had already left once I entered the classroom, loud whispers echoed throughout the classroom, mainly focusing on the mask and I, it seems that Natsume was also wearing his mask earlier according to the whispers.

I made my way to my desk, sitting next to a very concerned looking Ruka, though I didn't understand why he had such an expression so I shrugged it off as my imagination and sleep deprivation.

I let out a soft wince once I felt the mask shock me for the umpteenth time and laid my head on the desk, using my textbook as a way to hide my face,"Ichika..."Ruka began speaking, "I'm fine, forget about it."I murmured, sighing.

I must have blanked out for a very long time after that because when I snapped back into reality, the new student, who's name I still do not know, was declared a no star and that class was officially over for the day.

Immediately as Jinno left, I stood up ignoring the looks I earned from my classmates and walked to my dorm room for now. I still had two and a half hours left until this mask can be removed, I guess I just spend those hours on my balcony.

I entered the dorms with ease after Takahashi opened the door and immediately made my way upstairs to my designated room. Sure, I was demoted to a triple star yet I still had the room and income of a special star, it wasn't exactly fair but I'm not going to complain.

I opened my room door and locked it once I entered my room and practically jumped onto my bed, sprawling out like a starfish. I should probably take a bath but I don't really have the energy to even sit up right now and besides, if I wanted to do that, I would have to remove the mask and I don't exactly have the authority to do so without a educator's permission, which sucks to put it bluntly.

I closed my eyes for a few seconds and what was a few seconds turned into a few hours later once I opened them again. My mask was removed so I'm going to assume that either Narumi or Persona came by.

I immediately bolted to my bathroom, taking a much needed bath and once I was done, there was a sandwich and a few fruits along with a cup of juice with a note on my side table next to my bed. I took the note and read it .

You skipped breakfast and lunch at least eat this otherwise you'll never grow taller, Shortstack.

Yeah, by that nickname I could already tell who brought it and I'm not going to question how he got into my room knowing he probably used the Blacony.

After I finished eating, I laid back in my bed falling asleep almost immediately.

Today was exhausting, and it definitely wasn't the last of it.
