The story is about a young man named Leo, who is struggling with addiction and depression. He feels lost and hopeless, and he often resorts to drugs and alcohol to cope with his pain. He has no one to talk to, and he feels like he is drowning in the darkness.

One night, he decides to end his life. He writes a note saying "Can you hear me? S.O.S. Help me put my mind to rest" and leaves it on his bed. He then takes a lethal dose of pills and waits for death to come.

However, before he loses consciousness, he hears a knock on his door. He ignores it, thinking it's just a neighbor or a delivery guy. But the knocking persists, and he hears a voice calling his name. He recognizes the voice as his childhood friend, Mia, who he hasn't seen in years.

Mia had moved away when they were teenagers, but she never forgot about Leo. She had heard from a mutual friend that Leo was going through a hard time, and she decided to visit him and see how he was doing. She had no idea that she was about to save his life.

She breaks down the door and finds Leo lying on the floor, barely breathing. She calls 911 and performs CPR on him until the paramedics arrive. They rush him to the hospital, where he is treated for his overdose.

Mia stays by his side throughout his recovery. She tells him that she cares about him, and that he is not alone. She says that she can feel his love pulling her up from the underground, and that he doesn't need his drugs. She says that they could be more than just part-time lovers, they could be soulmates.

Leo is touched by her words and her actions. He realizes that he has a reason to live, and that he has someone who loves him unconditionally. He decides to get help for his addiction and depression, and to start a new life with Mia.

He thanks her for saving him, and for being his angel. He says that she is his S.O.S., his source of strength. They hug each other and kiss, as they look forward to their future together.
