College Welcome Ch.1

    The day has come for Drake to move in. As he and his mother pulled up the dormitory and were greeted by the welcome wagon of higher ups, they quickly unloaded things to get situated.

    "Phew looks like we got everything"-Drake

    "I believe so....so who is your roommate?"- Diana

    "Well on the roommate paring app it says his name is Brody Kyle. I haven't messaged him or anything to be honest."-Drake

    "Oh ok well hopefully he's a good roommate and idk he looks kinda cute Drake is he.."-Diana

    Diana looks a Drake to imply and ask if his new roommate is gay or some of the sort. Drake looks at his mom in a funny way as he does find the guy attractive but doesn't want to cause drama or anything to mess up whatever friendship they could have as roommates.

    "I have no idea mom. Even if he is who says I'll like him like that."-Drake

    Drake has had his internal struggles. One mainly being his sexuality as he doesn't find women attractive and only recently came out to his mother who has been very supportive which he is grateful for as he has read before coming out of the struggle others face with such a life changing experience. He really hasn't tried anything with a man but after watching many movie scenes and seen attractive guys on screen he realized that he would like to be in the woman's perspective rather than the mans.

    "Well I give all my love my son. Good luck and make me proud!"-Diana

    "I will mom.."-Drake

    As they were hugging a shadow comes to the door.

    "You must be Brody. I am Drakes mother."-Diana

    "Hi."-Brody

    "Well imma go good luck."-Diana

    Drake didn't realize how beautiful this man was. He didn't speak much as he went right to unpacking his things while Drake is flabbergasted by how this man is in his presence. Drake was having a full on gay panic as he waited to say something to him about how their roommate situation was gonna be but he chocked and just went to his laptop looking for his class schedule.

    "You have programming too."-Brody

    The amount of hairs that stood up on Drakes neck was astronomical as Brody made his way to glance at his laptop.

    'Y-yea uhm is it at 10:30 too?"-Drake

    "I think so..."-Brody

    As Brody was looking for his paper copy of his schedule, Drake was flustered as he was very close to him to the point he smelled his cologne. Drake had to stay focused as his face was turning red and trembling on his words.

    "Found it!"-Brody

    "Awesome."-Drake

    Drake pondered why he said awesome and started overthinking every scenario in his head.

    "Hmm looks like we have the same time slot for programming as well as Calculus A."-Brody

    "Oh word-d."-Drake

    As their time alone would be more of train wreck for Drake. He would eventually ask Brody if he wanted to go to the schools welcome events. They made their way to the little booths of clubs and would talk to many people. Drake would find a club to join which would be the Gamers United Club. While Brody would sign up to be in boys Volleyball for the college which in Drakes eyes he has the legs for it.
