I woke up a while later because Jenna was shaking me. "Eleanor! wake up we have to get out!" She yells. I wake up and after my eyes got used to the light again I rember what happened. There was cold sea water filling up the plane. My head was hurting and so was my arm. Then I noticed I had cuts and bruises everywhere. "Shit! We have to safe the others!" I climb over the seats to where the rest of our team was but jenna stops me "They're gone.. I already tried". I start to feel sick and look at the plane filling up with water "we have to leave now Eleanor come on" Jenna says.

We ran through the plane trying to find other survivors and a way out. But no one else made it. Jenna found a opening where the plane had cracked and we were just able to climb through it. "Shit where do we go" Jenna says looking terrified. I look around and notice a island but its very far "I think that that's our only option". Jenna agrees and we grab some life vests so we can swim to the island. We had to be carefull cause it was already dark outside.

I think it took us about 8 hours to get to the island. By now it was clearly morning because the sun was appearing in the sky. Me and Jenna stumble onto the island extremely tired and worn out. I let myself fall in the sand and cough out some water. Then I pass out for a second because of the combination of blood loss, heat and hours of swimming. A few minutes later Jenna woke me up. "Come on Ellie please stay with me" I smiled a bit because of the nickname she gave me. I slowly sat up and look around "where have we stranded.. There is no sign of life here at all". Jenna looks around aswell "we better seek some shelter and bandage those wounds of yours, come on" she helps me up and walks me to the edge of the beach where the forest begins. "You lay down here okay love?" She takes off her shirt and ties it around ny arm to stop it from bleeding, she then walks off into the forest. I lay down in the sand. At this point I started seeing blurry.

After a little jenna came back with something that looked like mango, coconut and a little fresh water in a big leaf. "Hey I got you some things. I found a small lake with a waterfall so when you feel good enough we can walk there and make a place to sleep" she says with a little smile. I sat up and took off my shirt to wipe some blood away from her face. I smiled at her and noticed she didn't know where too look and she got a bit nervous. "Eh Jen you okay?" I say. She smiled at me "what? Oh yeah, yeah im fine lets cut that mango" I laughed. She seemed flustered for some reason.

I took off my bracelet and used it to cut the mango. Good thing I never went out without my old scout bracelet. I was so happy to finay taste something different then salt water. We leaned against a tree while eating the mango. "Are they really all gone" I look at the sea sad. Jenna sighs and pulls me against her to hug her "I am affraid so..." I sigh "let's go fix a place to sleep" Jenna nods and we walk into the forest towards the lake Jenna found earlier. "The things I would do for a cigarette right now" she said. I laugh and couldn't agree more.

We find the lake and decide to move some twigs and find some big leafs to make an okay bed. We even managed to make a fire after a while. We really needed that cause all we were wearing were shorts with bras. We sat on a rock with our feet in the water. "This isn't exactly how I pictured this part of pirates of the caribbean to go" Jenna says jonkingly. I laugh and give her a friendly push. She laughs and smiles at me. Now I am the one getting a bit flustered. Her smile was really comforting and pretty. I think Jenna noticed I was flustered because she giggled and winked at me. I tried to break the tension and pretend to fall of the rock because of the gay panic. but then I actually fell off the rock and when I tried to hold on to Jenna we both fell and landed on top of eachother. Her face was only a few cm away from mine and I could feel her soft breath on my lips. I am pretty sure I've never turned as red as I had now.
