I was there enjoying the moment with you,
Watching those beautiful scenery
Can't take my eyes, can't let go of your hands.
But suddenly, that beautiful view became a lie
Cause when I look back,
You weren't with me
Figured out that the one holding on was only I.
That beautiful scenery I used to adore
Became the scariest place I don't want to be,
Thinking the safest place is on your arms
Feeling frightened you're now gone.
You promised to be there every step of the way
Why you vanished even the adventure not yet started?
Many questions not yet answered
Am I not enough? Or for you, I am too much?
People can walk away from your life but memories will always stay
Just take a trip down to memory lane,
It will never disappear
And only time can make it blur.
Maybe, I won't remember why, where and when
But I will never forget what I felt when we're together,
The memories with you will be treasured
