Chapter 10

Jihyo pov

Ignoring Mina's words I just continued forward. I knew Dokyeom was pulling a prank on us. But Mina's just too naive to understand. She's almost too good for this world.

So many things happened though. The TV, the letter and all these shit. I can't lie, I felt scared but I wasn't gonna accept it, after all I'm known for being tough.

Walking further I came across a pitch black room where a beautiful melody was coming from. It was the sound of a piano, I could recognise it.

I immediately followed the sound despite not being able to watch anything inside the room. Stepping inside so I could hear the melody clearer.

"You're such a bad friend"

I widened my eyes. The voice was deep but quiet. "Who is there?"

"Why would you leave your friends behind and come alone here?"

I then chuckled. "Dokyeom I know that's you, stop making your voice like that"

"Ahh you got me" he replied. I sighed, now feeling better after hearing his voice. "You were the one playing the piano, or is Mina with you?" I asked.

"Mina's is downstairs, she's looking for something" he explained. "I was the one playing it..."

"Ayy you know you can't play it and on top of that, it's so dark here you can't even see the keys or your fingers" he chuckled replying. "I can do so many things you don't know...you're such a bad friend that you didn't know that I could play the piano"

"Stop saying that"

"No"

"Stop"

"No, you're the worst friend ever, why would you leave me and Mina behind and go forward without us, you traitor, you left us alone"

"What's wrong with you?" I screamed.

"You only care for yourself, you selfish woman"

That's if. I rushed forward to where the talking was and slapped Dokyeom.

"We hate you, me and Mina hate you. You selfish traitor, don't ever come near me again or worse slap me"

''Bitch"

Jihyo covered her mouth. "It's not you"

"It is me" he said as the light went on revealing Dokyeom.

Jihyo teared up. "But you, you wanted to pull a prank on me" was all she could say.

"I hate you so fucking much"

With that Dokyeom left the room, leaving Jihyo shocked and alone. "How could he...?"

The lights went off again, giving Jihyo the chills. The door suddenly closed itself and soke voices started to appear.

There were Mina's. Jihyo started freaking out. "Mina..?"

"You don't deserve to have friends like me and Dokyeom, you're selfish"

The voices continued like that for so many hours, calling Jihyo all kinds of names. She felt so hurt by the things her friends were saying. She started blaming herself for ignoring Mina's words when Dokyeom went missing at first, but she didn't think this is how Mina would react.

She wasn't being hurt but the words of Mina and Dokyeom cut deep onto her heart. "Do you want them to stop?"

The voice Jihyo thought was Dokyeom started speaking. "Yes please, I can't bear it"

"Follow me" he spoke. Jihyo did as said and followed the voice which was walking towards a door.

"Now, once I open this door, you need to go running straight at it and dont hesitate, your friends are waiting for you there"

Jihyo nodded. This is what she wanted and needed.
So once the man opened the door, Jihyo closed her eyes and ran towards it without thinking twice. That was it.

A meaningless door which didn't lead to any room except an abbys. A really deep one.

"Are we still friends, Mina, Dokyeom..?"

"Sucks that her body can never be found now"

That was Jihyo. She died thinking her friends hated her when it wasn't even her friends who were talking. Not Dokyeom in the piano room and not Mina's voice she heard. But she had no idea.

Sooo the bad creatures can shape-shift and also imitate others voices. Omg, that would be so scary if it happened irl.
