I walked into the building and the first thing I notice are papers on papers taped to the walls.
It shows the names of every person in school and the homerooms that they are assigned to. Then BAM I saw this big ass poster that said, "Welcome to high school" for the freshman. Under poster had all the freshman names. I saw my name along with my assigned homeroom for the year, "Asia Mckall,Room 205" I just rolled my eyes and headed to my room. (BTW I was late cause I had no clue were the classroom was.)I walking to the room and the first thing I notice is this male teacher just starring at me and alone with the rest is the class.
I find a seat all the way in the back of the room and quickly sat down. The teacher resumed whatever he was rambling on about. Something about how "this will be the best 4 years of your life" and "make sure you do your homework and study because colleges will look at your grades." Yeah whatever. The only thing I care about I'd what time the bell ring when school is over.
I look around and I can tell how nervous these freshman look. I even saw one breaking a sweat. In the mitts of scanning around the room I eyes spotted this majestic creature. He was sitting by the window so the sun was giving him a gorgeous glow. He had long brown hair with green eyes. I was just staring at him for the duration of homeroom.
The homeroom teacher gave us our combination for our lockers. Let me just tell you that I was very excited because in middle school we had to carry those heavy ass textbooks around EVERYWHERE!
The bell rang and I was off to my first class. Science. We got a curriculum guide at a supply list. And the next three class, math, history, and Spanish gave us the same thing. I can already tell I'm not going to like my Spanish teacher, just for the fact that she already gave us homework. Don't you just hate that? A teacher that gives you homework on the first day of school? So annoying.
The bell for lunch rang and I couldn't be happier, for one I was starving, and two it gives me a break and just relax.
I found a table to sit and obviously I was alone. What else is new. I was waiting for the long line to due down before I get something to eat.
As I was waiting I see that boy again. He was with his group of friends just talking and joking around. He has the cutest smile and pearly white teeth. I couldn't help but stare.
As I was daydreaming, he looked up at me. I was looked down as quick as possible, trying to act like I wasn't just staring into his soul.
I finally got my food and ate. I got this grilled chicken and rice, let me just tell you that the chicken didn't even look like it was edible. Also the juice on the side was only 4 ounces how was this supposed to satisfy anyone?
The bell rang that signaled that lunch was over and to go to our next few classes.
School was finally over and I was so ready to go home. Before I jetted out the building I went to get and finally try out my locker. I reach into my bag to find that paper for the combination. I finally found it and I started to open my locker.
For some reason this damn locker was not opening. I was tried repeatedly but it wouldn't open. I was getting more and more frustrated to the point I kicked my locker.
Why me? Why now? I just wanted to go home. As I was about to try to open my locker again someone slapped my hand way from the combination lock and insisted on opening my locker.
I was already annoyed by the fact my locker is being a crappie piece of shit, now some random stranger slaps me. I look up about to give this kid a piece of my mind and low and Behold it's that guy!
I was so embarrassed. My cheeks we red. I softly said "thanks" and he just didn't say anything, not even a "your welcome" hell he didn't even look at me. He gave me this annoyed look on his face, got his books and walked away.
So rude.
