(1 Part - Fenrys POV)

"AELIN! WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY?!" I heard Rowan yell. I heard the punch. Her Court just gasped and looked towards the door. "Alright! I've had it!" Lorcan snarled. I stood up and walked into their room, a dagger in my hand.

"Fenrys?! What are you doing?!" Aelin sniffed and flinched as Rowan turned to me. I snarled and Aelin ran to me. "AELIN!" Rowan shouted. So, I pushed her out and decided to fight him.

I won. He stared at me and surrendered. So, I just walked out and she was crying in Lysandra's arms. I touched her back and she shuddered. "Aelin, it's me." I whispered. She turned around and fell into my arms.

"I love you." I rubbed her back. She sniffled and asked, "Wh-what?" I tilted her chin up and smiled. "I. Love. You." I said. She smiled, but it didn't reach her eyes. She just buried her head into my neck and her breathing slowed so I put her on the bed. Then, she thrashed around and I kissed her head.

"Shh. Shh." I soothed. She eventually calmed and Manon climbed in bed with her. "Why didn't she tell us that she was being abused?" Manon said. I shrugged and Aelin clutched onto Manon's cloak, snoring. I smiled and got in bed, too.

"I'll take watch." Lorcan grumbled. "I will too." Aedion joined. "We'll all take watch." Chaol said. I nodded and held onto Aelin and Manon. I sighed.
