Some days were good, some days
Luka and Miku could get through the day without having the guilt of ignoring Kaito's insults. Some days they wouldn't have to hear the snide comments made by Kaito to Len. It hadn't really been that big of a problem at the beginning, the comments just being a few rude words said under his breath, and a joke that may have been just a bit over the edge. Those were easily ignored, even when the past of Len being bullied by Kaito was brought up and the insults were a bit more concerning, they still ignored it.

Maybe they should have stopped it right from the beginning, because when Kaito learned that he could degrade Len without any consequence, he just did it more. The small words said under his breath turned into name-calling, obvious insults to Len's intelligence, and even physical bumping, shoving, and tripping. Miku, Rin, and Luka didn't want to make a huge deal out of nothing; they didn't want to break up the group or anything just because of a few snotty words and shoves. This was their entire career, this was their dream.

But it started to affect Len; he was painfully quiet when all of them were together, only being loud and talkative when they were on stage or in an interview where he could easily avoid Kaito's words.

It wasn't like Luka, Miku, and Rin wanted to ignore what was happening, it was just that eventually Kaito was going to get out of this immature world and grow up, eventually there wouldn't be any animosity between them and the band would be complete.

Len attempted to ignore Kaito, even though it was difficult, he didn't want to start anything. It must not have been a big deal if the girls didn't even care.

It was when all four of them were watching TV in the tour bus that things changed. Luke sprawled across Rin, Miku scrolling through Twitter on the floor, and Kaito in the connected kitchen looking for a beer.

Kaito groaned, walking over to Miku and laying on top of her, squirming.

"Where's all Guiness?" He whined. Rin giggled as Miku writhed beneath the bluenette, trying to get our from under him.

"You're just going to have to get it yourself." She said, causing him to groan again.

"Just me? I don't want to go by myself." He pouted.

"Well I want to finish this episode and I don't think you'll even be able to ask Miku if she suffocates." Says Rin, causing a chuckle to bubble up in Len's stomach.

"Fine." Kaito says, dragging out the syllable in submission and got off of the girl, walking to the door of the bus. "I'll just go to the bar. I'll probably be back in a few hours."

"Make sure you bring your phone!" Luka called from her bunk as the door slammed close. Len snuggled closer to Rin, a small, content smile creeping across his face. It was times like this when he was grateful he didn't make anything out of Kaito. He could say whatever he wanted, he could bump Len with his shoulder, he could try to trip him or make snide comments, but it didn't matter when they were together and happy. They could live together and have a good life in their band.

Len sighed happily and closed his eyes, drifting off to sleep on Rin's chest, legs falling off the other side of the small couch.

When Len awoke, the first thing he realized was that he was in his room, tangled up in the sheets. The second thing he realized was that he was extremely thirsty. He groaned, realizing that he had no hope of going back to sleep if he didn't get a glass of water.

So Len got up in a sleep-laden haze and opened his door, immediately shielding his eyes from the blinding light. He groaned, frustrated that someone would leave the main light on.
