The ship had arrived, and brought everyone back to Coruscant. As soon as they arrived, Calem was taken to the Healer's Wing, and Charter went to talk to Yoda." Hey Master Yoda, have you ever heard of Alice and Clement Ray?" he asked.
" Heard of them, I have." he answered," Jedi of the temple, they were. But they left. Very good, they were at their training."
" Well, I found their home on Hoth. And...And their son. The boy said his parents were murdered by the droids. He didn't look well, and said he had been down their since." Charter explained," I brought hem to the Healer's Wing before coming here."
" Hmm...Found the boy, you did, so take care of him you must." Yoda said.
" So you're saying that he is going to be my Padawan?" Charter asked.
" Saying that, I am. A padawan for you, he will be." He replied.
Charter stared intently at the sleeping boy, the rise and fall of his small chest relieved him greatly that the child was okay. After they had arived, he took him to the Healer's Wing. The healers had said that he had several physical injuries, and was terribly sick. He was bedridden for the next four days with a special medication. Charter wasn't very excited about having a Padawan, he could feel that this would turn out for the better.
Five Days Later...
It's been one day since the boy was healed, and upon finding out that he was going to be a Padawan to the same man who'd saved him, he was excited." I see Master Yoda has assigned you your first padawan. What's his name?" Mace Windu asked.
" Oh, his name's-" Charter began.
" Huh? Oh, my name's Calem Ray!" He said.
" Hehe, and I'm Master Windu." He introduced.
" Well, Calem...Are you ready to begin your training?" Charter asked.
" Yeah!" Calem yelled.
They went to train, and Calem passed with flying colors. His acrobatic skills were okay, he had a great connection with the force, and his combat skills...well, they weren't the best... But the council declaired that he was already ready to wield a lightsaber, but he wouldn't be able to get one until he was finished training. What he didn't know though, was what the future had in store...
