☆ Struggles ☆

I was doing my homework. It was late at night, around 9 pm. I was listening to music while doing my homework. I started writing one of my essays, when suddenly, I heared a sound coming from my phone. It was a notification, Emu has texted me

"Nene-chan!! Can we meet up tomorrow after school?? I need your help with something, and it's really, really, really important!!"

I thought to myself. 'Emu needs my help? With what?'. I quickly replied to my friend

"You need my help? Out of all people? And what is it that you need help with, exactly?" I sent the message, and waited for Emu to answer. A few seconds later, a reply popped up.

"I'll tell you when we meet up! Let's discuss this at school, okay? I'll tell you all the little details you need to know!!" Emu's reply made me wonder even more about what it could be, but I decided to ignore it and just continued doing my homework.

A few minutes later, another message from Emu popped up on my screen:

"Anyways, goodnight, Nene-chan!! Have Wonderhoy dreams tonight!! ☆"

I thought it was pretty cute how Emu texted me a goodnight message..

"Goodnight, Emu. Sweet dreams!"

A slight blush appeared on my face. I kept blushing a little bit more every second, but decided to ignore it, and just continue doing my homework. I couldn't stop thinking about Emu. 'Emu is so sweet. I wonder what she needs help with though..'

At 11:30 pm, I finished my homework. I took a shower, and changed to my pajamas. I layed on my bed, scrolling through our text messages with Emu. I slowly started falling asleep
